Tobias glanced up from his cell phone just in time to see Starr and Shadow as they walked in. He really wanted to talk to Rose again, but he didn't exactly have Hayden's house number and he was pretty sure that's were Rose would be. Of course he felt like a moron once he remembered Rose did that whole mind reading thing. Hey Rose... His mind called to her. You still need that drink? Offers still on the table babe. He sent before hearing Starr mention she'd like a beer. He grabbed her usual brew, popped the cap off and placed it in front of here. He thought it was a bit strange that she was here, he figured the whole family would be spending the night together, what with Rose not being dead and all, he'd of thought they'd all be celebrating. He glanced around for her cat, as trouble usually followed it and spotted it sitting near a window, and actually seemed to be behaving it's self. “Hey Starr, Shadow, nice seeing you tonight.” He said figuring it would be best not to ask how they were doing or to even mention Rose. He had a feeling it might be a sore subject for Starr. “If you need anything else just give me a holler.” He said offering up a friendly smile. “Hey your cat thirsty? I've got some cream and water of course, and I'm sure I've got a bowl around her somewhere.” He offered.

Shadow ordered a beer as well he wasn't really a heavy drinker and usually ended up being the guy who had to babysit a drunken buddy and make sure they didn't get into too much trouble. He noticed Starr didn't say anything to her cousin so he didn't either. Jes had that tendency to bring about drama and no one really needed anymore of that. He did flash a friendly smile her way though, it was the polite thing to do. Shadow shrugged. “Huh, I must have missed the episode where Mr. Brady leaves a horse head in an enemies bed.” Shadow said grinning just as Toby sat a beer in front of him. She then mentioned that she'd bet on Malaki over him. “I can't believe you don't think I can't outsmart a cat, I'm glad to see you have so much faith in me.” He said rolling his eyes, joking with her and he took a sip of his beer. He really didn't play on starting a prank war with Malaki anyway, it seemed a bit juvenile but he did want to get the cat back at least once. Starr mentioned the little prank war she had going with Luna a while back, actually it was more like World War III and he started laughing uncontrollably when she mentioned Hayden's pink hair. The look on her dad's face when he discovered his hair was neon pink had something Shadow would never forget. Then she mentioned his broken finger or something and he stopped laughing. “I had two broken fingers and a fractured wrist.” He reminded her. “Plus I was the one that accidentally ate that orange that made my entire face numb for four days.” He reminded her, he hoped her and Luna would repeat that anytime soon. “Since your veteran in this sort of warfare you got any ideas?” He asked.

Andrew noticed Ariel frowned at the sleeping idea, he rolled his eyes a little, "We could easily wake them up and play with them." he shrugged. All of Andrew's plans, had little plans along with them.
He didn't want homeless people, unless it was a dire situation. He'd much rather have a heatlhy person and it was always better in that situation. No one was safe when coming across him and his wife, Ariel.
Andy noticed that Ariel didn't like him walking away to talk to Lola, an assassin that has lasted for awhile and is pretty....complex when talking to him. He lifted an eyebrow, "I sure hope you're not accusing me of such nonsense." he answered, getting accused of cheating was idiotic and even Ariel shouldn't be stupid enough to think he would cheat. Especially since he thought every other person was ignorant and benenght him.

Alyssa had to keep in mind that Jaxton was way younger than her and she couldn't kill him, yet. She might need to use him as a little decoy in another situation that might occur in the present or slightly distant future. And hearing what he told her in a whisper, "You seriously need to just chill out." she whispered back, warning him. She slightly hoped that he would just suddenly die or the werewolves actually did devour little kids for a midnight snack or some shit like that. But she highly doubt that since she had asked questions those types of questions to Red, when she wasn't forcing Red to battle. She heard what Ezren said and did a little shrugged, "I haven't met a bright vampire in a long, long time."
Sammy did a slight pout when she felt herself being lifted up into the air and felt her feet hit the ground.
Alyssa ran her hand through her hair while she let Ezren determine what dramatic scene he wanted to deal with while having both the kid and Sammy with them. Then before she knew it she saw Jaxton walk right on in, followed closely behind by Sammy.
Rose's nose twitched before they even was near her house and she had already braced herself. She barely liked one of these adults that was coming and that kid that was so demanding was so annoying and gave her headaches. She glanced up hearing that kids voice, "You have hands, my kids are grown; therefore, you can learn how to make one. Okay? okay." she retorted.
Alyssa heard Ezren, "I'd completely go for that." she whispered back, giving him a small wink.
Sammy just snapped her fingers and made food appear on the table, "We can eat now." she grinned, and walked towards the table, sitting down and started nibbling on the food.
Rose recieved Toby's message and sent back, I'd love to but..i got slightly strange company so.. she trailed, trying to figure out what these creatures wanted.
ooc: since i'm at my college with my boyfriends laptop, this is all i could do. Luna's post is currently on my laptop files.. /dies a little;

Luna noticed that he just ignored what she had said about her cousin, Jessica. She was still realing about the fact that they kissed, for real. Was there some other feelings behind on his part? She knew what she felt but wasn't certain if she could potray them with that kiss. She figured she just admitted that she had stronger feelings than she just friendship with him but she would be perfectly happy if he didn't feel the same way. She heard his comment and nodded, "Yeah, I suppose you're right." she gave a slight smile. She stayed quiet listening to them and nodded, "Yes, those little bitches need to just burn." she commented, with her little grin. then she heard what he said, lifting her eyebrow, "So you can mess up my kitchen?" she teased, at least she was being ghonest. The poor lad couldn't cook and when he did, it was done badly or he went out with style. It was one of the two. She opened her mouth to add to it when she recieved her mental message from her father, she did a short little nod but didn't mean too. i know. she replied, then her nose twitched, "I think we're fixing to have bad company....or already do." she said, as if she could feel like something bad was fixing to happen
Lola was set to do a job, an additional job and with this job, it came with additional pay since what she had to do dealt with her being a sneaky little bitch. She was currently sitting ontop of a building, she was using a lesser important power to keep her scent at bay and wasn't hiding it with another species. She kept observing and making sure the other group was doing what they was suppose to and she was suppose to watch the dark one.

Starr looked up as Tobias walked over to her and Shadow. "Hey Toby," she said, giving a small smile. With everything going on, Starr wasn't exactly in the smiling mood, but gave it a half effort since Toby was a friend. . . a friend that so far hadn't done anything to annoy her tonight. At least he didn't mention Rose's return. Starr really didn't want to talk about. She didn't even want to talk about Rose with her own sister or father, or even Shadow. And it was usually a good guess that if Starr wasn't willing to talk about something with those three, then she wouldn't be talking about it with anyone else either. "Thanks," she said after he gave her her drink and said if she needed anything else to let him know. She took a drink and was just sitting the bottle back down onto the counter when he asked if Malaki might be thirsty. She looked over at Malaki, then back to Toby. "Yeah, he's probably thirsty after his pranks tonight," she said, glancing over at Shadow, then back to Toby. "If you give him some of that cream, he'll probably be your friend for life," she said with a light chuckle. Starr usually only gave Malaki water and made him work a little for cream, so when he actually got it without having to work for it, Malaki tended to instantly befriend whoever gave it to him.
Despite herself and her mood, Starr heard herself laugh when Shadow said that he must have missed the Brady Bunch episode where Mr. Brady left a horse head in an enemy's bed. "Well, you really did miss the episode because that never happened. It was Jan that left the horse's head in Marcia's bed," she said, struggling to keep her face serious. Starr tilted her head a little, looking between Shadow and Malaki for a second after Shadow said that he couldn't believe she didn't think that he could outsmart a cat. "Aw, I'm sorry, Shadow. I didn't mean to hurt your delicate feelings. But if it makes you feel any better, remember that Malaki is no ordinary cat," she joked lightly. "I also have total faith in you to outsmart a normal cat. Or many even a hamster. Not a ferret though," she added teasingly, thinking of Shadow's pet ferret, Robin Hood. She liked the ferret, just as long as he wasn't stealing anything of hers. Once he'd stolen one of her rings and she'd had to get Shadow to help her get it back from him. And she didn't even want to think about the time Robin had tried to steal one of Malaki's toys. That had been. . . well, bad was an understatement.
Starr also couldn't help but smile and laugh herself as Shadow burst out laughing at the mention of Hayden's pink hair. It had been absolutely priceless when Hayden had seen his neon pink hair. Starr still wished she'd had a camera to take his picture with, even though she'd never forget it. It was almost as good as the look on Luna's face when Starr had replaced all of her clothes with dainty pink dresses. Then Shadow corrected her that it had been two broken fingers and a fractured wrist. As well as that he was the one that accidentally ate the orange that made his entire face numb for four days. Starr tried to keep a straight face, but she couldn't do it and ended up laughing at the memory of that. It had been pretty funny, Shadow with a numb face for four days. He'd looked hilarious. "Well that wasn't my fault!" she said in between chuckles. "That orange was meant for Luna. How was I suppose to know that you'd grab it first?" she asked innocently. "I mean. . . it wasn't like the time that I snuck into your room and put itching powder in your undies." At that, Starr did let out a loud laugh. THAT had been even more hilarious then when his face had been numb.
Starr pursed her lips, pretending to seriously think over Shadow's question about if she had any ideas on getting Malaki back since she was a veteran in that kind of thing. "Well," she said, dragging the word out a bit. "You'd probably do best to try to sneak up on him when he's asleep and tie a bell or something to his tail to annoy him," she suggested, then shrugged. "But don't blame me when he jumps off on your head the next morning," she added, chuckling a little.
Starr looked around the bar for a moment, then back to Shadow. "Ya know. . . maybe I need to restart that prank war with Luna one day. It would certainly lighten things up around here," she mused, only half joking. It was pretty fun having a prank war with her sister. But then again, it could be a bit dangerous. Not just for them, but also innocent bystanders, like Shadow or her father. Or her uncle. "I wonder if uncle Derek's gotten over the last prank war, when I dumped that bucket of blue dye on him by mistake and he looked like a blue alien for a week," she chuckled.

Kelsey shook her head and took off running a second behind Hayden, after he'd cheated and gotten a head start. She'd get him back for that one later. She did, however, keep her promise and didn't shift into her wolf form after taking off running, but it was hard. Whenever she ran, she always shifted, but she knew that wouldn't be a fair race with Hayden, even with his vamp speed, she'd probably still have a slight advantage. Plus it was tempting because Hayden had been sneaky and grabbed a head start, but she didn't want to cheat to win. Or break her promise, which was something that Kelsey never did.
About half-way through the race, Kelsey noticed that Hayden had dropped back, so she slowed her pace, turning to find out why he'd stopped. At first, she'd suspected that maybe it was a trick and he'd take off running past her, but she was fairly sure that wasn't what he was up to when she looked a little closer. "What's the hold up? Twist an ankle or something?" she teased, walking a little back towards him. She stopped though, tilting her head a little as she caught a vampire scent. Kelsey frowned, the only vampires that should be there was Hayden, Luna and Starr, and that definitely wasn't any of them. "You want to check that out?" she asked..

Xandra rolled her eyes at Giovanni when he rambled on about calling werewolves "Italian-American, or Chinese-American, by the time he got got to something about Martians, Xandra had tuned him out. It was for his own best interest, really, because if she listened to him too long, she was likely to strangle him. Xandra wasn't the talkative type to begin with anyway, and she'd gotten stuck with someone that talked all the time. What a freaking perfect match, she thought, rolling her eyes.
When he asked if there was a reason why she hated everything, she finally looked back towards him. "If you hate everything, then there's no disappointment," she said, shrugging. That was actually the truth. Xandra had learned a long time ago that if you just hated everything then there was no chance for disappointment. But if you allowed yourself to enjoy something, or even have a little fun, and you lost it, it was more disappointment then it was worth to begin with. Or at least that was Xandra's motto on it, anyway.
Xandra shrugged again and uncrossed her arms. "Let's get going already," she said. She wanted to get this mission over with already, she wasn't looking forward to have to 'play nice' with the mutts, but she didn't want to keep dragging it out either. Xandra headed in the direction that she thought the bar was in, but stopped, tilting her head to the side. "Wait, you notice that?" she asked, looking back towards Giovanni. "There's another vampire nearby. With a werewolf." Xandra frowned. "I wonder if it's someone else Andrew sent and didn't tell us about. . . or I guess it could be Andrew's son, the Mutt Lover," she grumbled. Xandra shrugged. "I suppose we could go find them instead of going to the bar after all. Might be faster," she suggested.

Ariel narrowed her eyes a bit at Andrew. "I sure hope that you're not stupid enough to even consider it," she warned. She was fairly certain that wasn't the case. . . but she decided that it would be best just to remind Andrew that she wouldn't put up with him fooling around. Long before she'd met Andrew, she'd dealt with a few cheating scumbags, she wouldn't do it again.
Ariel tossed her red hair over her shoulder and walked past Andrew down the sidewalk. "Let's go find dinner," she grumbled. She walked for a few moments without saying anything, and finally came to a little motel. It was located just outside of town, and just off the highway; the perfect place that would be mostly secluded. Though hopefully not completely otherwise there wouldn't be anyone around to eat. As Ariel made her way through the parking lot, she spotted dinner and smirked. "Looks like a yummy couple," she murmured, nodding her head. Across the parking was a young couple, both in their mid-twenties, getting out of a car. In a blink, Ariel was behind the girl. She put her hand over her mouth and pulled her behind the building, sinking her fangs into her neck.
