Sicil growled when she heard that this Jonathan guy was bad news. "Damn it another psycho that I'm sure once he hears our names will want our powers." Sicil cursed under her breath it was no secret that Sicil, Krys and Marx were wanted in many different areas and just cause of their powers and abilities plus the occasional crazy exes.
Krys and Marx both watched as Stone and Jonathan argued and then Marx began to snarl at Jonathan once he mention that he knew who they were. 'Damn it dont we have enough psychos after us already.' Marx send both her sisters and took a defense stance as she saw Jonathan call upon his lackeys. Marx and Krys both snapped their heads to David's direction as he pulled them back and told them to not let these freaks touch them.Marx almost growled at him but avoided it when she felt Krys hand on her again. 'Relax sis we got this ok' Krys send Marx before both of them began dodging the lackeys.
Sicil was also busy sending disks of light energy towards setites that were trying to attack her or her sisters until she felt someone barrel into her. She groaned as she hit the ground and looked up to see Stone on top of her and heard his comment. "You really could have planned that better you jerk." Sicil growled as she pushed him off her and pulls him up quickly before another setite attacks. She is quick to respond as she hit's two more setites in mid air.
Krys was still near Marx when she felt David pull her away from her and to the side. Krys almost attacked him until she saw who he was and just listen to him talk. "Look David you and I just met so you don't tell me what to do, got it." Krys said with a slight growl as her anger was slowly building up even faster now then before. She then sensed a setite behind David and quickly made a shadow star sending the setite flying. "Watch yourself and don't worry about me ok." Krys said as she ran back to help her sisters fight off these freaks.
Marx was busy trying to keep the setites away when she sensed someone behind her and before she could react sensed his anger rising then felt herself being grabbed and teleported to the other side of the roof by a women name Dusky. Marx growled at her when she grabbed her then shook her head trying to relax before her dark side took over. Then she heard the women speak to her. "I know what I'm doing ok." Marx replied more harshly then needed and had to breath in before her anger did take over. "Sorry and thanks for the help..." she whispered her body fighting against herself. Please let me stay in control please, she thought to her dark side and kept alert just in case as she took out her special gun and ready it for killing.
Krys was still trying to keep the setites away when she felt her anger skyrocket from all around her. That was the bad thing about Krys she was the only one from the three that picked up emotions from others around her. She growled as her dark side fought her for control.Sicil noticed and quickly ran to Krys protecting her from the setites. Krys then fell to the floor still fighting herself. Sicil looked down at her and quickly decided to turn to drastic measures. This was going to be tiring she thought as she stretched her arms out and created a dome like shield around herself and Krys. She sealed it and panted as she made it as stong as she could. She let her arms fall and saw setites bouncing off her shield. Sicil then turned to Krys but what she saw shocked her. "No not that Krys fight it your stronger then that." Sicil said as she saw Krys hair growing and changing from its snow white color to a dark gray and black color. It's length growing longer till it hit below her hips and her eyes changing from her ever changing color to dual mix of hazel and green. Her eyes were intense and the women who stood up wasn't Krys for right now. Her hands were no longer hands but black titanium claws. (ooc: think wolverine claws but in black) IC: Everything about this new women was not Krys, her aura felt more sinister and dark. Krys was taken over by her dark side who was way worse then Krys ever was. Take Krys's worse temper and multiply it by 100 and then you have Bella, Krys dark side. Bella stretched and smirk with an evil grin at Sicil. "So nice to see you again Sicillian. Didn't you miss me?... No well I missed you." Bella said with a seductive evil voice. Her eyes giving up just how much more dangerous she was and her aura definitely felt stronger and more powerful.
Sicil glared at Bella and slowly backed up into the shield. She really hated Krys's dark side, this wasn't the first time they had met, no and the last time Sicil barely made it out alive. Only reason she did was because of her dark side coming out as well. "Bella why? My sister isn't to blame here. Why must she suffer this?" Sicil growled out as she made a light disk and threw it at Bella.
Bella just smirked at Sicil and caught the disk right before it hit her making it turn into shadows as it touch her black claws. "Oh Sicillian is that really the best you've got. Im disappointed that you haven't gotten much stronger since the last time we met. Oh well..." Bella said as she flicked her claw and made a strike hit Sicil head on making her slam into her own force field and crack it. As she landed Sicil winced in pain and began to cough up blood, though she still growled as she got up again shaking. She looked out at the others and noticed that they were all still fighting.
Sicil kept her stance up as she stared at Bella straight in the eyes. "You don't scare me Bella. I know my sister is in there and she will conquer you one night." Bella just laughed as she flicked her claw again and send Sicil flying breaking her force field on the process and sending her straight into Stone. Sicil panted and coughed up more blood as she pulled herself up again and pulled Stone up just before another setite attacked them but before she could send it flying she saw the setite get blown up and looked over to Bella who still had the evil smirk.
"I worked to hard to have someone else take your life Sicillian." Bella commented as she then turned to Jonathan who still seemed distracted by Marx and Dusty. "Johnny I'm disappointed as well. your lackeys can't even last a full hour with me." Bella said as she flicked her claw again and send Jonathan crashing into another building wall.
Marx suddenly turned towards the voice that sounded different and look to see Bella. Now Marx had only met Bella once before this time and that was when Sicil almost didn't make it out. Marx knew how it felt to be completely controlled by her dark side human form it happened to her and it didn't feel good. Marx growled her own dark side also wanting to come out to play but Marx pushed it back as she thought about Krys and Sicil. Then she turned to Dusky, Stone and David. "I would suggest getting out of here now this isn't Krys right now and Bella isn't someone to mess with." Marx warned as Sicil nodded her agreement. They were in big trouble if Sicil or Marx lost control as well.
OOC: Damn almost forgot my fav characters. Ok this proves Im tired.

Lucretia snorted when Nines said that he was pretty sure that wasn't part of the plan. "No, finding my friend sliced and diced was not part of my plan," she said, sarcasm heavily lacing her voice. She frowned as she looked back to Dawn. Dawn had been an old werewolf, and a strong one. . . she wouldn't have been easy to kill. Which meant that whoever had done this was old and strong as well. Or there were several of them. "No, I don't. . . don't have any idea who might have. . ." Lucretia said and trailed off. She had been friends with Dawn, but they were the sort of friends that didn't really talk too much about their personal lives. She glanced over at Nines and her frown deepened when she noticed Nines' fangs had made an appearance. Probably all the blood, she guessed. It was weird, Ambrosia had told her once that most vampires got use to the smell after awhile but still had times when it was hard to deal with, which she assumed was the case with Nines. However, Ambrosia had also told her that during the first year after their turning was the hardest, and the fainted scent of blood could set a vampire off. . . but Lucretia wasn't like that. The smell of blood was just the opposite and turned her stomach; she had a hard time trying to drink it even when she was starving. Lucretia had decided she was obviously not a normal vampire. Big frigging surprise.
"I doubt it was a hit and run. It seems too violent, like maybe they had a personal grudge against her," she said, "but then again, you could be right that it's someone trying to frame us. Isn't like we both don't have an ass load of enemies," she grumbled. The thought of it possibly being someone trying to set them both pissed Lucretia off and sent even more guilt through her that Dawn might have just been in the wrong place at the wrong time. Lucretia stood up and looked around the kitchen, trying to see if she could see any kind of clues to what had happened, but spun around when she heard Nines growl. "Wha- oh." She didn't even have to finish asking the question before she saw the trio appear.
Oh good. Just what they needed. Not.
Lucretia crossed her arms over her chest and narrowed her eyes at the three people, watching them carefully and already wanting to just hurl a fireball at them. But, Lucretia resisted the impulse and instead decided to listen and see what was going on. None of them looked familiar to her, nor did their names sound familiar. Obviously Nines knew them, though, which made Lucretia give him a 'you have so much explaining to do' look. But then she turned her attention back to the trio, raising an eyebrow slightly. She really. . . really. . . wished she could say this was unusual for her, but sadly it wasn't. As the smoke that one of the girls appeared to be making started to make its way towards Lucretia, she fought off a shiver from the coldness of it. Well, at least that was a bit of a new one. But Lucretia used her elemental powers to call fire to her and while no flames actually appeared, a strong heat surrounded her and blocked the chill.
When Nines grabbed her, she stepped back with him but rolled her eyes. "Gee, and here I thought this was the best time to have a little chitchat," she said sarcastically. If there was one thing Lucretia prided herself on, it was her ability to go with the flow. Even before being turned into a vampire Lucretia's life had never been 'normal' and she'd had to get use to random weird things -and occasionally people- that would suddenly hit her out of nowhere. She raised an eyebrow when one of the girls announced that they had apparently been part of Nines' 'old gang'. Hmmm. . . interesting. Though Lucretia supposed it should have been expected since Nines had been around for awhile. Though she was disappointed that he'd apparently decided against telling her.
Then again, Lucretia hadn't exactly been open about a lot of things from her past either.
Lucretia blinked at the guy when he said that he was Nines' older brother. Yeah. . . Nines had a lot of explaining to do now. When the man claiming to be Nines' brother said that he was sure Lucretia wanted to know who they were, Lucretia laughed. "Cocky, much? Why would I care who a few little pests were?" she asked in a mock curious voice. Maybe not the best idea to piss them off, but eh, Lucretia tended to do it anyway. When the one woman began making spikes, Lucretia started to call her wind element to her to throw the spikes back at her, but didn't get a chance before Nines suddenly made them both. . . what exactly did he do? Lucretia wasn't sure, but it was slightly unsettling when she looked down and realized she was. . . well, see through. Since Nines was as well, she figured it was his doing, but that didn't exactly relax her any. Nor did it when spikes starting shooting through them. Each time one went through her it sent an odd tingling feeling through, not painful but more like when your foot went to sleep then the blood went rushing back to it. Lucretia had always hated that feeling.
When Nines suddenly teleported them to the roof, and told Lucretia that she had to get out of there, Lucretia rolled her eyes. "And let you have all the fun? Please, Nines, do you not know me at all?" she asked, sighing. She actually almost found the request amusing, considering that Nines should have really taken into consideration how stubborn Lucretia was. And the fact that she highly doubted had things been reversed and she'd told Nines that, that he would have actually left. Before she had a chance to point any of this out, however, the three followed them up to the roof. "You guys are like a bad penny," she commented, feigning disinterest in them. Truthfully, Lucretia was watching them carefully, and even did a quick once over of Zero, noticing that he did resemble Nines quite a bit. When she looked back towards Nines, she blinked, then frowned but quickly made her face go neutral again. Which took some doing on Lucretia's part, considering she was caught off guard when she saw that Nines' eyes had changed to red and gold.
Oookay. New one. Again.
As if Lucretia wasn't already confused enough, the coin thing only added to it. And she glanced over at Nines when he said that he'd meet with them alone. Well, he could think that he would. But thinking and doing were too very different things. Lucretia glared at Zero when he threw a dagger at her. . . yeah, he was lucky Nines had stopped it because if it had hit its target, Lucretia would be shoving it somewhere very painful on Zero's person right now. Zero'd next words had Lucretia struggling to keep her mouth shut and her face from giving anything away. Turn her? Turn her into what? She'd already died and gotten turned into a flipping vampire. And had been born an elemental. They weren't werewolves. What was left? Lucretia nearly rolled her eyes at the thought. Stupid question. There were a lot of different species out there.
Once Nines took them back inside, Lucretia snorted. "Looks like you've at least learned that much about me," she grumbled. "Saves me the trouble of threatening to hang you up by your underwear if you don't spill," she said, only partly kidding. She had actually threatened that a few times. . . and even done it to a few other people a few times. Rolling her head from side to side as she walked away from Nines putting some distance between them, Lucretia took a moment before saying anything. Mostly because she was trying to get her thoughts straight. Sighing again, Lucretia walked over and jumped up onto the bar and sat down, crossing her ankles and putting her hands on either side of her as she studied Nines for a long moment. He was looking more like his normal self again, but that didn't quite do much reassuring. The fact that Nines had. . . well. . . apparently had another -dark- side to him, was a bit unsettling to her. Not that she'd admit that. But it did cause Lucretia to flash back to Daniel. Daniel had had a hidden side to him as well. . . and that had ended badly. Nines wasn't Daniel though. . . which she kept silently reminding herself of. Daniel's other side made the Daniel she knew completely disappeared. Nines had still seemed enough like himself, but still. . .
"A big brother, huh?" she started, raising an eyebrow at Nines. "Would have been nice to know there was another one of you running around." She then cocked her head to the side. "Old gang? Interesting, since you told me that you had only been part of the Anarchs since being turned." Lucretia then tilted her head back, looking up at the ceiling. "And the co de gra of the night. . . or at least the hour. . . 'turn her'?" Lucretia made air quotes and raised her head to look at Nines. "Turn into what, exactly?"
"Also, while you're at it," she continued, crossing her arms over her chest. "Anyone else going to come barging in from your past I should be ready for? And. . . before you even open your mouth remember two very important things, Nines. One; I can tell when you lie to me. Lie to me and I'll kick your ass. Two; don't even bother trying to tell me to stay away during this little meet and greet tomorrow night before you know it won't do you a damn bit of good. And seriously, don't even bother asking at all unless you plan on sitting out of the next big fight with me," she warned. Knowing full well that wouldn't happen.
Lucretia then waved her hand at Nines in a 'go ahead' motion. "So start spilling before I die of curiosity."

Ambrosia snorted when Lucas named off who he was pretty sure was probably on Rainer's hitlist. "I'd be insulted if I wasn't on there. It would mean I was losing my touch," she said dryly. Well, it would probably just mean that Rainer had finally learned Ambrosia wasn't easy to kill, but she doubted he was that smart. When Lucas asked her if she had some sort of a plan on how to handle Ripper, she didn't answer and instead looked away from him. It wasn't often that Ambrosia didn't know how -or at least had an idea- of how to handle someone. . . but Ripper. . . well, Ripper was one of those rare situations that Ambrosia wasn't sure how to handle. Ripper was extremely strong, not to mention crazy. And uh. . . well, Ambroisa's past run ins with him had been. . . bloody, to say the least. "Well, he's nearly impossible to kill. Though I certainly would love to," she grumbled. She'd once even dismembered the bastard and he'd just. . . put himself back together again.
"Only thing I know to do is chop him into small parts and spread him around the world. Should take him a few centuries to put himself back together," she said with a shrug. Easier said then done though. Ambrosia sighed and looked back to Lex. "Where is Ripper?" she asked.
Lex shrugged. "Don't know, just know who he was sent after. He's probably tracking the witches now," he said.
"Anything else I should know?"
Lex shook his head. "That's all I know."
"Well, thanks. And let me know if you find anything else out." Ambrosia watched as Lex teleported out and ran a hand through her hair. "Just freaking great," she grumbled. "Alright, let's try to find Rayne, Meadow and Summer and warn them at least. Do you. . . Ambrosia began but didn't finish as a movement behind Lucas caught her attention. She didn't have time to say anything so she just grabbed Lucas and yanked him to the side with her as a dagger went flying through the air and slammed into the wall.
"Not too bad, but one second slower and I'd have had you," the man said, smirking.
Ambrosia narrowed her eyes at the man standing a few feet away from her and Lucas. He appeared to be middle aged with salt and pepper hair, but was much older then he looked. And the only person Ambrosia knew that was older then herself. "Demetrius," she hissed, "shouldn't you be under a rock somewhere?"
Demetrius smirked at her. "Demetrius? Tsk. Really, Ambrosia, you should call me at least Father."
Ambrosia growled, her eyes flashing to black. "Yeah well I'd throw myself on a stake first," she grumbled. "What the hell are you doing here?"
"Can't I just pop in and say hello to my daughter?"
"Well gee, you didn't for the first 25 years of my life, then only when you wanted something. And oh yeah, you lost that right when you killed Lavender," Ambrosia's voice continued to come out as a mixture between a hiss and a growl and her eyes staying pitch black. That was never a good sign with her. Ambrosia had gotten her temper under control years ago. . . except for when it came to Demetrius. He could set her temper off faster then anyone. Just to show how angry Ambrosia was, she didn't even notice that she'd actually said Lavender's name in front of Lucas. She'd never told him about Lavender. "What. Do. You. Want?" she repeated.
"Well," Demetrius drew the word out, pretending as though he didn't notice that Ambrosia was inches away from trying to stake him. "Actually, I had a trade I wanted to offer. I think you might be highly interested in it." Ambrosia scoffed but Demetrius continued as though he didn't notice. "I want you to help me regain an item that was stolen from me. The Voulte De Morte. And since I know you won't do it out of the goodness of your heart. . . if you help me to get the item. . . I'll use it to bring back Lavender."
Ambrosia went completely still, glaring at Demetrius. "You expect me to trust your word?" she asked.
Demetrius smirked. "No. But you know if I make it a promise, I have to follow through with it. So therefore. . . I promise that if you help me get the Volute De Morte that I'll resurrect Lavender." A white light swirled around Demetrius, which Ambrosia knew that Demetrius would have to follow through with the promise. "I'll give you time to think about it." With that Demetrius disappeared just as quickly as he came.
After he was gone, Ambrosia let out another growl, then without a word to Lucas teleported out of the building and to the roof. Which she then threw her hand out and sent several black balls flying into the air. When the balls hit other buildings nearby they slammed straight through the walls, leaving large, blackened holes behind them. Once she'd let off a little steam, Ambrosia's eyes returned to their normal blue with silver swirls and she walked over and sat down on the ledge, taking a few deep breaths and getting her temper under control again. Once she almost felt back to normal, she allowed herself to look up at Lucas.
She considered not telling Lucas. . . but she knew he'd only nag her until she did. Plus. . . if she went through with it, not only would she need his help but he'd find out anyway. "The Voulte De Morte is a very old book that once belonged to a family of sorcerers then was stolen by demons and been lost for awhile now. It's full of dark spells, which include being able to create zombies. . . or resurrect the dead. But as you know with dark magic there's always a cost that must be paid. To resurrect someone, someone else has to die." Ambrosia frowned, if they could use someone like ripper as the sacrifice, she wouldn't mind. It would be a good way to get rid of him, she suddenly realized.
"And Lavender. . ." Ambrosia trailed off. She didn't know how Lucas would react to this news, but she knew she had to tell him. "Lavender's my daughter."

Ciara raised an eyebrow slightly at Lance when he said that Lucretia was an elemental as well. She hadn't noticed that because of all the fighting. But she suddenly felt guilty for bringing the Assamites, and soon the Setites there. She did look curiously at Lance when he said that he knew about her kind. Hmm. . . maybe he did, but there were secrets that nobody outside of her species knew. It was forbidden to tell certain secrets, after all.
She glared at Lance though when he said that she screwed up. "That's a good way to get smacked with a fireball," she warned. She didn't bother to tell him though that she didn't plan on hiding out for long. Even though she would have liked to. . . Ciara couldn't hide out there for long. Even if leaving meant dealing with the assassins again. But there was no reason to tell Lance that at the moment. He'd find out soon enough. She raised an eyebrow thought when he said that he knew about the Setites. Not many people knew about them, so that was a bit surprising. It made her wonder just how much he knew about them. Obviously he knew about their being able to steal powers. But she wondered if he knew that it was impossible for even a Settie to steal an Elemental's powers. . . unless they killed them that was. Elementals got their power from the earth, and it was naturally powered from being stolen by anyone. But Setites had found that if they killed an Elemental and used their stealing power they could steal the power of the Elemental. Which was why Elementals were nearly extinct.
When Lance said that he'd been around for a long time, Ciara nearly snorted. He probably had. . . but probably not as long as her. She did, however snort when he said that he knew where she could go without anyone being able to bother her. "I appreciate the offer, really," she started, and she really did. "But I'm not the type to spend the rest of my life in hiding." And she wouldn't, what kind of a life would that be, anyway? Not one Ciara wanted, she knew that without a doubt. She wasn't sure she trusted him though when he said that whatever she told him would stay with him; she wasn't one to trust on a whim. No, trust had to be earned with Ciara. And that was no easy job. She did shrug though when he asked if she wanted to go for a walk with him. "What the hell? I hate just sitting around anyway," she said, pushing to her feet and following him outside.
"What exactly are you, anyway?" she asked. It was only fair really, she'd told him she was an elemental, after all. As Ciara stepped outside of the cabin, she cringed and put her hands over her ears, even though it wouldn't do any good as a piercing whistle suddenly shot through her head. It was impossible to block out, but couldn't be heard by anyone else. No, it was because of that damned Minka. Ciara gritted her teeth and forced herself to drop her hands and continue walking, trying to ignore the whistle, even as it got louder inside her head and caused a splitting headache to settle in.
When she realized that Lance might have noticed something, she glanced over at him. "Headache," she said with a shrug. Not a total lie, she did have one, after all. She just didn't mention that damned whistling.

Summer laughed when Darion said that he was giving Meadow till the end of the night to kill Steven. "He'll be lucky if he lasts that long," she said, shaking her head. Sometimes she had to wonder if Steven didn't have a few loose wires or something, the way that he was constantly poking Meadow. She wondered if Steve saw what Meadow had done to her last boyfriend if he'd keep poking her. She blinked at Darion though when he said that Meadow and Steve would probably stay that way for a long time and probably even get married like that. "If Meadow doesn't just kill him. Though even putting that all aside, I don't know that Meadow will want to get married again." Summer instantly snapped her mouth shut when she realized her slip up, then sighed. "You can't tell Meadow I said that. She made me and Rayne swear to never tell, she'll kill me on the spot," Summer said frowning, she could already hear Meadow's head exploding if she found out Summer had just told Darion about her having been married before.
Summer looked away from Steven and grabbed a menu on the table and started scanning it, trying to move on from her slip up before Steven could ask about it. Which, as much as she was hoping for a distraction, she wouldn't have chose the one she got. "Long time no see, huh, Summer?" a male voice said.
Summer froze at the sound of the voice, it was one she'd never wanted to hear again. She looked up and glared at the man standing there. "Richard. What are you doing here? Shouldn't you be looking for cheese or something? You are a rat, after all," Summer said dryly.
Richard chuckled. "You always were such a funny little mermaid," Richard said, putting his hands on the table and leaning a bit closer to Summer. "I just thought I'd stop by and see how you were doing. All things considered, you look great. Wonder how long that will last, though?" he mused.
Summer glared at him. "Richard, I am not in the mood. Just leave already," she warned.
"Or what? Hmm? Might hit me with your fin?" he taunted. Richard looked away from Summer and smirked at Darion. "Has she told you that. . .?"
Before Richard could finish what he was going to say, Summer flicked her wrist at Richard and he disappeared in a swirl of blue smoke. "Won't keep him gone, but at least gets rid of him for a little bit," she grumbled. She should have done that the second she saw Richard there, though, before he'd opened his big fat mouth and probably made Darion wonder what the hell he'd been talking about. Or just who Richard was in general. Damn it.
Rayne climbed to her feet when Damian helped her up and shook her head at his question. "I have absolutely no idea who he is or why the hell he's here. I've never seen him life," Rayne said, glaring at Ripper. She tried to think of anytime she would have crossed paths with him. . . but there was nothing. Someone like Ripper, Rayne doubted she could just forget meeting. "Maybe someone sent him after us?" Rayne said. "Or it's just random because I have no clue," she whispered.
"Aw, you've never heard of me?" Ripper said, grinning as he dodged the energy blast Damian had sent his way. "The name is Ripper, and usually my reputation is known by one and all. . . pity you haven't heard of all of my hard work," he said. He threw a throwing disk at them, which Rayne held off by throwing her hand up and sent it flying back towards Ripper, who barely ducked in time.
Meadow glared at Steven as she climbed to her feet. If she wasn't so pissed at the other idiot, she could have thumped Steven for once again calling her that annoying pet name that she hated so much. "I have every intention of doing just that," she said. With that, Meadow turned and held her hand out palm up, creating a large spinning ball that was covered with sharp, knifes sticking out of every side of it. She hurled it at Ripper, who ducked but then the ball rounded back and slammed into Ripper's back. Ripper let out a scream, which made Meadow grin. "That is for tackling me," she said, smirking.
Ripper used his magic to get the spike ball out of his back and throw it across the parking lot and glared at Meadow. "Oh, you're going to pay for that one," he warned.
Rayne threw a energy ball at Ripper, temporary distracting him from Meadow, but as she turned to tell Damian that they needed to get Summer, Darion and the kids and get out of there, she saw something over his shoulder that made her freeze. "Damn it, Damian, we got a problem," she said, nodding her head towards the other end of the parking lot, which had suddenly filled with Savages. "Where the hell did they come from?" she muttered under her breath.
"Ah, there's the wolf boys." She heard one of the Savages say, before one of them suddenly lunged at Steven and tackled him to the ground. Rayne grabbed Damian and pulled him to the side as she saw one lunge at him, and pulled a stake out of her belt, stabbing the Savage and turning him into dust. With a quick glance, Rayne saw that were about twenty Savages quickly moving towards them and cursed under her breath. Normally Savages weren't that bad. . . but with Ripper there, it could be a serious problem.
Meadow rolled her eyes as one of the Savages tackled Steven. It was tempting. . . oh so tempting. . . but, damn it, if anyone got to kill Steven it would be Meadow. Which was why she grabbed the Savage by the back and yanked him off Steven and stabbed him with a stake she'd pulled from her belt. Turning towards Steven and yanking him to his feet, she rolled her eyes. "If anyone gets to kill you, it's going to be me," she grumbled. Meadow turned and fought off a few Savages that got close and dusted most of them. . . but she forgot about Ripper for a moment. Which was a very bad mistake that she didn't find out until it was too late.
Ripper suddenly appeared behind Steven, and grabbed him from behind. "You really shouldn't get involved in things that don't concern you," he warned. With that, Ripper turned and threw Steven across the parking lot and slamming into one of the cars parked there.
Rayne turned around, realizing that she'd taken her eyes off Ripper and quickly scanned the parking lot for him. . . seeing him just as he teleported behind Meadow. "Meadow!" she tried to warn, but it was too late. Ripper grabbed Meadow from behind before she could react, and what happened nice took Rayne a moment to actually process, as Meadow's eyes widened, she went completely stiff and then the front of her shirt started to soak with blood. For a vampire or werewolf, as long as it wasn't the heart that had been hit, a wound like that would heal. But Meadow wasn't either, she was only a witch.
Before Rayne could move as Meadow hit the ground, Ripper had suddenly teleported behind her, and grabbed her from behind. Instead of doing like he had with Meadow though, as Rayne had expected, he pressed his dagger against her throat. "You, Rainer wanted to have a little talk with before killing you. Aren't you lucky?" Ripper said, smirking. Pulling Rayne a few feet back, Ripper looked towards Damian. "Don't waste your time trying to heal Ms. Mouth over there. Even if you can heal her wound, it would be a waste of time because the dagger was laced with poison that can only be reversed by the antidote which you don't have," he said. With that Ripper teleported both himself and Rayne out of the parking lot.
Ripper and Rayne reappeared in the basement of an abandoned hotel and he shoved her forward onto the ground. "Rainer will be here soon. Better not piss him off or he'll just go ahead and kill you," he warned. Before Ripper had let go of Rayne, he'd snapped a silver cuff onto her wrist, which he now pointed towards. "And don't bother trying to teleport out or use any powers at all. If you so much as try, that pretty little cuff there will turn you to dust. And I'm the only one that can take it off, so don't bother," he added. With that Ripper disappeared.

Stone shrugged at Sicil when she said that he could have planned it out better. "What can I say? I tend to act before really thinking," he said. Which actually wasn't entirely true. Normally Stone thought everything through twice. . . but he hadn't had a second to think about anything before trying to get Sicil out of the way. Stone turned and quickly started throwing energy balls at the nearby Setites, the little amusement he'd had at Sicil reaction disappearing as he focused on the fight again.
Dusky rolled her eyes at Marx and had been about to make a sarcastic remark about not saying thanks for her helping her. . . but as it turned out she didn't have to when Marx did in fact tell her thanks, even throwing in a 'sorry' for snapping at her. Dusky gave a light nod of her head before turning back to the fight around them. Dusky wasn't the time to lose her temper easily, and she quickly got over things, so when Marx apologized and told her thanks, Dusky basically forgot about it as she went back to the fight. Dusky got distracted though when the Krys woman suddenly shifted. What. The. Hell? Dusky thought frowning. That was a new one, even for her. And not in a good way. "Oh for crying out. . ." Dusky began to mutter until her breath but trailed off as she turned and grabbed a Setite and threw him over the side of the building. Looking back to Marx when she said that she thought that they should get out of there, Dusky rolled her eyes. "And miss all the fun?" she asked innocently.
"Appreciate the warning, but I ain't going anywhere until Johnny boy over there can fit in an ash tray," Dusky added. Which speaking of. . . Dusky cast a glance in Jonathan and now Krys/Bella's direction. She was going to be pissed if she didn't get to be the one to kill Jonathan after all the crap he'd put her through and all the trouble she'd went through tracking him here.
Jonathan let out an oomph sound when Bella sent him flying into a wall, but he recovered quickly and claimed to his feet. "I have to agree with you, my recruits are really a pitiful excuse for Setites these days. If you want anything done, you have to do it yourself, huh?" he said. With that he flicked his wrist and sent Bella slamming into a wall, then he flicked his wrist again and threw her over the side of the building.
David and Stone exchanged a confused look when Krys shifted, and David looked quickly towards Sicil and Marx, who neither really seemed surprised by Krys' transformation. But for David, this was a new one. During the time he'd known Krys, he hadn't seen this happen before. . . and who the hell was Bella? "We really need to put a stop to this," David said. Stone nodded, frowning at the fight around them.
"I was just thinking the same thing."
"Meet you at your place," David said quickly. He turned to help try to put a stop to the fight, but when he saw Johnathan throw Krys. . . or Bella. . . or whatever name she was going by at the moment, over the side of the building, David cursed under his breath and moved quickly, managed to grab her hand as she went over the side and yank her back onto the roof. "Krys. . . Bella. . . whoever the hell you are right now, probably won't like this, but tough," David said, grabbing Kyrs/Bella from behind and teleporting them both off the rook, and then into the basement of Stone's club. It was currently empty and seemed like the best place for the group to move to to find out what the hell was going on. Once there, David let out of Krys/Bella and instantly teleported to the other side of the room, since he wasn't sure how she was going to react. "Bella? Thought your name was Krys," David said, tilting his head a little. Yeah, he knew the smart thing to do was heed Sicil and Marx's warning that it wasn't Krys. . . but David was never one to run and hide. He could tell, however, that this wasn't Krys. At least, not at the moment. Which while that only confused him more, he decided to see what he could find out.
"Alright, I'm not going to miss out on killing him," Dusky grumbled, quickly teleporting behind Johnathan. But before she could stab him with her dagger, he spun around and grabbed her by the throat, making her drop the dagger. "Haven't learned anything since the last time, I see," Johnathan taunted, smirking.
Johnathan's hand starting glowing black, but before he could do too much damage to Dusky, Stone threw a dagger and nailed Johnathan in his shoulder and he dropped Dusky. She landed on the ground with a thud and coughed a few times, trying to catch her breath. Stone threw both hands out, causing a bright flash of light to appear, which turned some of the Setites to ash, at least the ones closest to him. Johnathan rolled his eyes. "Good help is so hard to find these days. But next time I'll bring my best," he warned then with that he disappeared off the roof, his minions following behind him.
Stone dropped his hands and blinked a few times, he hated using that much of his power and was already feeling the effects of it. "You alright?" he asked Dusky. She didn't answer but was now sitting up with her hand on her throat and nodded her head. "David took your sister to the basement of my club. But you should probably hurry there so she doesn't try to kill him or something," Stone said. Instead of waiting on an answer, Stone grabbed Sicil's arm. "You can follow us there," he told Marx before teleporting off the roof and taking Sicil with him to the basement of his club where David was with Krys/Bella. "By the way. . . who the hell is Bella?" he whispered to Sicil when they got there.

Nines looked at Lucretia as she put some distance between them and sighed. Well this wasn't going to go well he thought if she is already putting distance between us and I haven't even began to explain. "Lucy I know you better then you think. I just like to give you the benefit of the doubt sometimes." Nines said as he watched her thinking then saw her move to the bar before she commented on his older brother, his old gang and his brother purpose slip up about turning her. "Lucy it would only be fair if you tell me all the people from your past if you want to hear about mine." Nines said with a neutral expression after Lucretia mention anyone else showing up from his past. Then Nines heard the rest of her rant and just sighed again. He really didn't want to explain anything. He wanted to bury it like he wanted to bury his brother but that was not happening anytime soon, not with his luck. Nines looked at Lucretia again then pulled his shades out of his pocket and put them on. If he was going to explain this he wanted to make sure his eyes didn't change back after he explain his past, he could tell that his eyes kinda unsettled Lucretia after he changed. "One thing I'm going to make clear now is I'm not letting you come because I'm not turning you Lucy. I would rather die then turn you into the monster that I really am. Ok first my old gang was those three plus two more. Who were we, well that requires going into a bit of history as to what I was before I turned into a vampire. Yes your right I lied to you when I told you the anarchs were my only group that I belong to. First thing I need to explain is that I wasn't born a human. I was more or less a demon as a child. Though I really wasn't, as you may know god and the devil are two very real beings who each had their own army. God had his angels and the devil had his demons. Well what I'm sure you don't know is like most armies the two heads also had their elite groups. A group of six for each, God had his high priests and the devil well he had his..." Nines stopped and breath as he felt his eyes slowly turning back to gold and red and glowing behind his shades. "Guardians. That's what we were called." Nine said seriously as he ran his hand through his hair. "Guardians usually can only be if their father were guardians and their mothers were human. Though my siblings and I were a special and what the devil calls a miracle. Me I call it a curse and nightmare. Both my parents were guardians which is a rare thing if their kids even survive the birth because of so much dark power coursing through them. It's even more rare that my mother survived my older brother's birth because all mothers die after giving birth to a guardian newborn. Though she wasn't so lucky after she gave birth to my twin sister and I. She died right after I was born" Nines frowned at that memory of his sister. "Yes I had a twin sister, older by minutes. Her name was Cinco, means five in Spanish. We called her CC. There is reason all three of us were given number names it was a request from the devil himself. As you may have noticed my older brother is Zero, the first number, my twin sister was Cinco, the middle number and I'm Nines, the last of the numbers or my old nickname Niner as what you heard them call me." Nines stopped again and stood up his hair was taking a green color as he spoke more of his past. Sooner or later she would have seen you like this, Nines thought as he let his form change without fighting it like he always did. Nines looked over at Lucretia to see her reaction then stood up and got closer to her almost face to face. "I'm being serious here when I ask you this ok. Do I scare you?" He asked using one of his dark powers to send fear to Lucretia, it was a simple power that all guardians possessed that's why many were afraid of them. His voice had taken a very sinister tone and he looked more muscular as he fully changed. Then Nines stepped back and leaned against the closest wall. "The night my mentor found me almost dead well that wasn't a complete lie. He did find me fighting werewolves..." Nines had remember telling Lucretia some of his past where his mentor had found him almost dead and changed him, not mentioning this part he was about to say. "But I wasn't injured and near death because of them. No not even close my older brother Zero, Nora and Zira were the reason for that. They tried to kill me after I betrayed them and almost succeeded if it wasn't for my mentor, why, I'm sure you'll ask." Nines said with a small chuckle as his voice kept the sinister tone and his hair was growing to a mullet like style. Both his hands beginning to glow green as well as his legs. "It's simple what I did really, I killed Cinco my twin sister. One thing is guardians can only die by the hands of another guardian. My brother hated me after that not only because I killed one of the six guardians but because it was our own sister. Do I have a reason, yes but I don't want to get into that tonight. So I think I've cover two out of your three questions. The last one well as you may have realize from this very long explanation that now only five guardians exist when there should be six." Nines said with a small smirk as he took out another coin from his pocket and a dagger both pink, the color that belong to his sister "The coins and daggers are our weapons. Each color represents a different guardian. As you saw red was my brother Zero, purple was Zira, yellow belongs to Nora, pink was my sister, green is mine as you saw, and blue is our other guardian and our leader as well. He goes by Shadow and rumors says that he is the devil's own son, though none of us know if that is true. So when my idiot brother said that the only way for you to not die was if I turned you well that was true. He was going to teleport us to our sacred grounds before I stopped him but the moment you step foot on that and you aren't a guardian you would die. So in the end if you were to follow us I would need to turn you and that is something I'm not doing Lucretia. Since I killed CC I'm the only one who can turn someone and let them take my sisters old place right now since I possess her coin and dagger. Not going to happen..." Nines said in his sinister voice as the final stage of his change was trying to come out. Nines growled and forced it all back his hair began to change back to its normal length and color as well as figure, eyes and voice. He panted in exhaustion and looked up at Lucretia as he took his shades off. "So for now that's all I will explain Lucy. Yes in my past I was born evil but now I'm not, I changed. I care about you and I will not turn you into the same monster I was born to be." Nines said as he walked up to Lucretia and kissed her softly, showing a little emotion then backed off again and let her process everything. Suddenly Nines felt a sharp pain. His insides burned as his eyes were fighting to change again. Nines growled as something was happening to him. He then looked down and saw a letter appear in his hands. The letter was black with bright red ink. "Dear Nines "Niner" Alterion I have my reasons for not killing you sooner but just know that your deadline to find me a sixth guardian is close. You know the price if you fail and don't bring me one by that time. Im counting on you Nines, I don't want to send Balto after you. I'm sure you wouldn't like that. Yours truely your leader Shadow. P.S. This is from the Devil himself don't let him down Niner.
Nines cursed under his breath as he finished reading the letter. Great this is all he needed was that the devil already planning on putting him on death road. The letter after a few more moments disappeared and all Nines could do was avoid Lucretia's eyes. No he wasn't going to turn her, not even if he was on death door. He could take on Balto but if Shadow himself came that was a whole different story.

Lucretia raised an eyebrow at Nines when he said that he 'wasn't letting her come because he wasn't turning her'. She had about a million and one comebacks for that one, starting with 'nobody lets her do anything' but she bit her tongue -for the moment- because she wanted to hear what Nines had to say. Knowing that in a moment would be the time to let Nines know exactly what he could do with that little comment. She was careful to keep her face completely neutral when Nines explained that he hadn't actually been born a human. . . but a Guardian. For the devil. She let out a deep sigh and tilted her head back towards the ceiling for a moment, a headache suddenly starting to form behind her eyes. She vaguely wondered if there was some of sort 'I just found out my boyfriend is a demon' support group she could join.
She raised her head to look at Nines again, raising an eyebrow at him when he said that he'd had a twin sister. "Got a whole frigging family tree I didn't know about, huh?" she said sarcastically and not expecting an answer. She was careful to keep her neutral face firmly in place when Nines suddenly walked over, stopping only inches away from her and asking if he scared her. She wasn't stupid, she'd been around too many paranormals in her life to know that the sudden shiver creeping up her spine, and the artificial fear trying to work its way into her head was of Nines' doing. The voice he had switched too didn't bother her, because seriously, it was just a voice. She mentally shook off the feelings he'd tried to force on her, and called her elements to her to create a barrier and keep them out. To Nines, she rolled her eyes. "Oh, please. You give yourself too much credit, Nines," she said, shaking her head at him. She also made a point of leaning over, closing the distance between them. "No, you don't scare me," she said. Then pulled back as he walked off.
Little did Nines know that it took a lot more than that to scare Lucretia. She'd seen some horrible things in her life, too horrible for something like him to spook her.
She felt her surprise reach her face before she could stop it when Nines said that he'd killed his sister, but she quickly wiped her face clean of emotion again, all but an eyebrow raise. Nines had killed his sister. Huh, just when she thought she'd heard it all. . . she did narrow her eyes at him though. "I feel I should warn you right now that I do plan on dragging the reason out of you sooner or later," she warned, than shrugged her shoulders. She had every intention of annoying Nines until he told her too. Lucretia was a very curious person as it was, but something like that. . . well, it went without saying that she would be trying to find out the reason.
Lucretia snapped out of her thoughts, realizing that Nines was taking again, this time explaining about the coins and daggers being Guardian weapons, and how each one had their own color. As well as mentioning someone named Shadow that was the leader and rumored to be the son of none other than the devil himself. Lucretia wished she could say the last part came as a shock to her, but at this point she was pretty sure her mind was too numb to be shocked. That tended to happen with her whenever she got something she hadn't seen coming dropped on her; she just kind of went numb and shut down. Her way of dealing with stuff. Or not dealing with it and shoving it to the back of her mind. Whichever one worked.
She paused at first when Nines walked over and kissed her. Not for the reason Nines would probably think, though. It wasn't exactly so much WHAT Nines had told her that made her hesitate as it was the fact that he was just only now telling her. Lucretia had a hard time trusting people as it was. She had just started to trust Nines. . . only to find out he'd been keeping some major ass secrets from her. That was the kind of thing that could cause Lucretia to never fully trust him. But she forced herself to relax and kiss Nines back. After he walked off, she took a deep breath, and took a moment to figure out what she was going to say. She was just opening her mouth to start when Nines suddenly got the letter.
"This night just keeps getting weirder and weirder," she muttered under her breath as she jumped down off the counter and walked over to him. Instead of asking to see the letter, she just reached over and took it from him, scanning over it quickly. She read it a second time, pursing her lips. Well this just kept getting better and better, didn't it? Not only was Nines some demon Guardian . .. with other guardians wanting to fight him. But now this Shadow guy was mentioning some kind of deadline for bringing him another guardian. Or he'd send someone named Balto after Nines. Lucretia took a deep breath, blowing it out slowly before she handed the letter back to Nines and shook her head at him.
"You know, it's a good thing you're cute, Nines. Because you're a hell of a lot of trouble," she said dryly. She tilted her head back to look at the ceiling again and silently counted to ten before looking back to Nines again. "And because you obviously need a refresher course, I'll remind you; nobody lets me do anything," she said slowly, as if she were explaining a complicated problem to a small child and leveled a look at him.
"The way I see it," she began, "you have two options."
Lucretia turned and walked away as she spoke, sitting down on the window seat of the window at the end of the room and crossing her arms over her chest. "Option number one; you continue to refuse to turn me. Which, by the way, I never said that I wanted you to or not before you started that," she added. "And I'll just have to spend the rest of the night tracking down your old gang and hog-tying them somewhere so that it's an even fight between you and your brother. And then, of course, I'll obviously have to be on the look out for this Balto person. Which would be much easier if I had an idea of what to expect with him, or what he looks like. Because, seriously, face it, Nines. Being your girlfriend more than likely means that I'm going to end up meeting him sooner or later," she said with a shrug of her shoulders. Whether she met him because she was with Nines when Balto caught up with him, or if Balto paid her a visit while looking for Nines, she figured their meeting was inevitable.
"Or option number two," she continued. "You go ahead and turn me. I go with you to help you fight your brother and old gang. Plus it get Balto and Shadow off your ass and avoids that fight all together," she said, giving a light shrug. "That one seems to be the easiest," she commented.
She looked up to Nines, tilting her head at him. "Face it, Nines, you don't have many options here. Why make things harder on yourself?" she asked, raising an eyebrow. Then she held her hand up. "And before you make your decision, you should keep one thing in mind," she added quickly. Dropping her hand, Lucretia let out a heavy sigh. "I'm not exactly 'innocent' or completely good, either," she said slowly. "I was born an Elemental, like I told you. But there was something else." Lucretia frowned, looking away from Nines. She had never told anyone else about this before. She didn't like to talk about it. But. . . she supposed it was only fair to tell Nines, plus it might make him realize that he wasn't the only one there with dark powers.
"I'm also part Reaper," she admitted. A Reaper was a rare breed, much like Elementals. However, while Elementals were neutral. Reapers were known as being an evil breed that possessed dark powers. Almost all Reapers let their dark powers take compete control over them, and turn them into a very evil, sinister person. Reapers were similar to Grim Reapers, in a way. They could interact with ghosts, and have control over the dead. Even create an army of zombies. However Reapers were much stronger than Grim Reapers, and not required to collect souls and lead them to the afterlife like Grim Reapers were. But, Reapers could summon spirits to them, a few select ones could even resurrect them. Plus they had much darker, evil powers that Lucretia didn't even want to think about.
Lucretia finally forced herself to look back to Nines. "I'm sure you've heard of Reapers by now, and now that nearly everyone of them are pure evil, twisted beings. And trust me, the rumors are true. There's not a day that goes by that-" Lucretia trailed off and didn't finish the sentence. She'd been going to say that there wasn't a day that went by that she didn't have to struggle to keep it at bay. To not give into the those dark powers. Or use them. But she decided against saying it out loud. Clearing her throat, she looked back to Nines. "My point," she continued, "is that I'm use to fighting those dark powers. I'm an expert at it by this point. I highly doubt there's anything being a Guardian challenges that I can't handle," she said, giving a shrug of her shoulders.
"I've dealt with being part Reaper. Spent my entire life dodging people trying to kill me everytime I turn around. Dealt with more things than I care to think about. Been killed twice-" Lucretia snapped her mouth shut. Ooops, she hadn't meant to say that. One of the time she'd been 'killed' of course was when she'd been turned into a vampire, and Nines already knew about that one. The other time, however, she had yet to tell him. Lucretia shook her head and finished. "My point is that I've dealt with an ass-load of crap already. I highly doubt anything you throw at me will be the final nail in my coffin, so to speak," she said.
Tilting her head at him again, she raised an eyebrow. "So, you come to a decision?" she asked.
