Michie wasn’t very big on communication, she often seeped in the shadows, which was something that she found herself to be extremely well at doing it. She didn’t know who she could talk to, she was still a little touchy talking about her family…since there was a lack there of. Well now there was a lack, she didn’t know how they died since they kicked her out and the Addam’s brought her in. She was considered either family or one of the help, she really didn’t care, considering it was better than living on the streets. She wanted to travel the world, and that she did. She never strayed from the place for longer than a month of six months. Well, somewhere in that range. She didn’t think any of the family members even knew her name, since she didn’t talk much. When she received the letter, she was in the middle of Orlando, FL in the Harry Potter part of Universal Studios.
Now she was standing by the lake, outside of the Castle that was the Addam’s estate. Her pink hair with her black layer underneath was laying on her back until a gentle breeze moved the strands ever-so-slightly. She was staring out into the lake, like there was some sort of monster would appear out of it. She knew there wasn’t going to be something that movie plot, but it certainly wouldn’t surprise her. She was wearing a pair of jeans, tank top and was always carrying some form of weapons on her. She knew all too well of what really was out there, being a Sandman and all. She lightly nibbled her bottom lip, she missed those two knuckle heads, she wanted to tell them of her travels and hadn’t spoken to them in awhile.
She glanced up and noticed someone was looking out the window, she lightly blushed and quickly turned back around, she didn’t pay attention on who it was but she didn’t really want to know. Because that person, might have been looking at her and that would just turn her into this pile of nothingness. Which could happen, well it would be sand or something like that.

Katt had technically received word about the disappearance of Cordelia and Mortimer beforehand, she accidentally found herself at a fortune tellers, who she thought wasn’t real. Until the lady started talking, Katt immediately freaked out and started her journey back to the one house, where she was known as just one of the other members of the help. She was currently found inside her old room, getting ready for the day. She hasn’t been able to sleep very much since she knew everything, for sure. She slipped in a skirt, light blue cami with a pair of matching flip flops. She was worried about Mia, she had been keeping tabs on Mia since she left and only being able to find her through lots and lots of her own magic. She felt proud of herself, but never actually out-right said that she found Mia or where she was. She hadn’t spoken to anyone since Mia left and she went off after her. She was worried that the feelings that she buried deep down for Brady would come back, once she saw his face. She let out a sigh, and walked down the stairs since she didn’t have any cool powers like teleporting, that would be wicked but she was thankful for the powers that she managed to have. Well most was abilities, but still. It was still pretty cool, she could sense that more people was around but she decided it would be best to wait, so she walked in the living area and sat down in one of the couches.

Amelia Underwood, wasn’t a normal hybrid, who would have thought a vampire would even consider mating with a mermaid. But that was back then, when species really didn’t care. Well most of the species didn’t care what you was, as long as vampires and demons never did that. She didn’t really care for that rule, she figured it was whatever, you only get one live to live and might as well live it big. And that was when she was younger, now she lives a more settle way. She’s grown into something nearly responsible. She’s actually one of the only ones that ever swims in the lake, well that’s because of reasons. She was already at the Addam’s house, so she took a bubble bath to get the lake water smell out of her scent. She could feel the water up against the scales of her tail.
When her bath was done, she was out of the water and letting her human legs come back. Stretching them out, it always felt good afterwards. She got dressed in a pair of pants and a cami, and a pair of converses before starting out the hall. She could sense all the ranges of species coming. She lightly bit her lip, this could get interesting. She walked downstairs and into the kitchen to grab a drink. Opening it and taking a sip, this was one of the ways that she dealt with anyone other than herself.

Mia wasn’t the one to have any form of regrets, she hadn’t picked a side. She didn’t regret falling for the man, well demon that she loved so deeply. She could still remember her reaction when she first heard her demon, Drake tell her that he loved her. She started tearing up with a huge grin on her face as she told him that she also loved him. It was the best night of her life, she naturally wanted to tell her family and when they didn’t react how she thought they would. Running away, didn’t seem like such a bad idea. They didn’t want her to be happy, might as well leave before they forced her into something similar to a nun. There was also that disagreement on picking sides, she ultimately thought it was the most ignorant thing someone could possibly do. She was on Team Get the Fuck Over It; yup, that sounded like a pretty good team for her. She just got off the airplane, she tired her hardest to get Drake to just not come but she knew it didn’t work since she could glance over and see him there. She ran a hand through her brunette hair. “Might as well get there before they think that I’m actually dead.” she said, jokingly. She climbed in a car that was going to take her and Drake to her parents, “Here goes nothing.”
When the taxi rolled to a stop, she climbed out and already noticed that there was sort of family meeting on the front lawn. Great. She looked around, taking in everything and glanced towards Drake, "I guess, it's too late to say that I wanna go back home." she said, in a playful tone. She was afterall only have serious.

OOC-You know I think I could have figured that out...I am occasionally capable of intelligent thought.
Castiel had been extremely nervous about returning home, he doubted he would be the only member of his family to come back after finding out his grandparents had disappeared. He figured his sisters would be there, at least he really hoped they would because he wanted to know they were still all right. He hadn't talked to either of them in almost a century and last he'd seen of his younger sister she'd been hanging around a demon. He always worried about her, he knew his sister could take care of herself but trusting a demon was just asking for trouble and he had absolutely no idea what his older sister was even up too. Cas hated not talking to his own family, they had once been so close and now he hadn't so much as spoken a word to them in a century.
The plane ride to Transylvania had been pretty quiet, Cas was so worried about what could have happened to his grandparents to even be able to follow an actually conversation. What if he never say them again, he just felt so guilty about not talking to them more often and for never visiting. He wished he had visited, his grandparents would've loved Meg, and it would have been nice for her to get to met part of his family, it would've felt normal. It would have been a hell of a lot more normal than this. He was also nervous that he'd lose his cool again, he didn't want to fight with his sisters in front of Meg, he didn't want her to see that side of him. Cas had gotten a rental car, that way if things got too crazy in the castle he could get away and stay in motel.
When they finally got to the castle he could see that his sisters were both already there, and neither had come alone. He hoped Mia wasn't still with that demon, he didn't think she'd the nerve to actually bring it into the castle, at least he hoped not he was too far away to tell. He stopped the car and killed the engine but didn't open the door. “I know I've said this before but I feel like I should warn you again, my family can be a bit intense, and this is probably going to one of those awkward situations. I'm sorry about all this, I always thought when I brought the woman I loved home to met my family it would be a lot more different than this. I think we should have a code word, if it gets too awkward or something, and you want to leave just start talking about Fruit Loops.” Cas said, he didn't think Fruit Loops was likely to become subject of conversation anytime soon. On the bright side it didn't look like his mother had shown up, not yet at least and he hoped not at all. Cas already knew his father was on his way and the two of them together, after what his mother had done would not be good.
“So I guess this is the part where I actually get out of the car and try and be an adult about this.” He said, still not sure if he was ready. Cas really didn't want to mess this up, this might be his last chance to make things right with his sisters, maybe even be close again the way they used too. Castiel unbuckled his seat belt and got out of the car and made his way around to the passengers side and opened the door for Megan. “So you ready to met the family.” He asked trying to smile, maybe they'd feel the same way he did, maybe they'd be able to work things out and find Mortimer and Cordelia.

Neil had been in Romania since last night, he just hadn't been ready to visit the castle yet. It hadn't taken him long to get here, he'd been meeting a buyer in Budapest trying to sell a few pieces he'd recently stolen. Neil liked Art theft, and he was good at it too, much less stressful than conning, at least for him anyway. He hadn't really needed much time to back either, he lived out of a suitcase already, being a criminal meant he always needed to be ready to run. He'd taken the train, it was cheaper than flying plus Neil hated planes they made him anxious and were more expensive anyway. He'd gotten a motel room in the nearby village, he thought about going to the castle but he didn't want to be there too earlier. If he waited the others, and there had to be more of his family no one would ask him alone, found already be fighting among themselves and he could just watch.
Neil had spent most of early night at the local pub drinking with the locals and swiping a few wallets when he got the chance. He just couldn't help himself when it came to stealing, especially when people were dumb enough to carry around so much cash. He usually tossed the credit cards though, they were too easily traced and when he did use them he was careful about it. It was starting to get late though and Neil didn't want to miss all the craziness that was sure to be unleashed once his overly dramatic family had there reunion. Neil hadn't bothered to rent a car, no need to waste the money, so he called a cab to take him up to the castle.
The ride quiet and just a bit awkward, Neil could tell the driver wasn't exactly fond of the castle, the towns people had rumors of strange creatures who lived there and he'd had to offer the guy extra money just to make the trip. But it sure beat having to walk and miss out on all the fun. The cab driver dropped him off a little ways away from the castle and Neil grabbed his only bag and walked the rest of the way. The castle that had been his home as child looked almost exactly the same on the outside as it had when he left. As he approached the main gate he saw his cousins were already there, which meant he hadn't missed the good part yet.

Alric had left Barcelona almost as soon as he'd gotten the letter saying his parents were missing. He didn't bother to pack, he had plenty of clothes still in his old room at the castle and he wasn't going to waste time packing. He booked the quickest flight to Romania. The plane ride had been awful, he spent it worried about his parents and wondering whether his wife had gotten a letter as well. He wondered if you still called someone your wife after being separated for over a century. Since neither of them had ever filled for divorce Alric still considered her his wife, which was the main reason he'd never tried to move on and find someone else. There was also the fact that he knew he could never find a woman he'd care for as much as he had cared for Willow. He wondered if she had moved on and found someone else, he figured she probably had, apparently being married hadn't stopped her from finding someone else before. Then he felt guilty for thinking about his estranged wife when he should be thinking about his missing parents. Alric twisted the wedding ring around his finger as he thought and worried for most of the plane ride. The good thing was he knew his son would be there, and more than likely his daughters as well. He planned on trying to work things out with them. Even if Mia was still with that demon, he'd try very hard not to comment on that, she was an adult and needed to learn from her own mistakes. Since Willow had turned Desi against him it might be a bit difficult but it had been a long time ago, he figured she must be over it all by now, after all he hadn't been the one who'd done anything wrong.
Alric couldn't help but smile as he saw his childhood home from the back of the cab. It looked exactly as it had always looked and just seeing it from a distance already made him feel like he was truly home. He hadn't felt at home back in Spain, more like a vacation, a break from all the drama with his family and a chance to take his mind off the pain. But the vacation hadn't worked, and he was glad to be home and he felt like it was time to deal with the issues that had torn his family apart. It was strange to see so many cars parked in front of the house, it looked like this was about to become family reunion. He paid the driver and headed towards the castle, thankful that he didn't see any sign of Willow, but all three of his children and two nephews where there. Alric smiled as he approached Desi and Brady who were already talking to Hunter. “Hello.” He said with a small smile. “It's certainly good to see you all again, too bad it took something like this to make it happen.” He noticed their was another man with them who he didn't recognize. “Alric Adams.” He said shaking hands with a man who introduced himself as James Wyatt.

James kept pretty quiet during the journey, it seemed like Desi wanted some time to think and he didn't really know what to say any way. He couldn't imagine what it must be like to have your grandparents disappear like that, he'd never even known his family let alone been close with them. He thought about how awful it would be if it had been Desi who had disappeared and James figured it must be about as terrible that thought was. For most of the plane ride James had discretely played with a cup of water, manipulating the water in the cup with his powers. He did things like that when he was nervous, and James was just a bit nervous about meeting some of Desi's family. There was always the chance that they wouldn't like him, he'd heard they'd had a huge fight because they hadn't liked the guy Desi's sister had been dating and James wasn't a vampire either. He didn't want to be the cause of anymore tension between her and her family.
James starred at the castle when it finally came into view, it was huge. He couldn't even imagine what it must have been like to grow up living in someplace like that. He wondered if they had servants and everything and he thought about suggesting that maybe the butler was behind the disappearances but figured now wasn't really the time for joking around. He got out of the car right after Desi did and grabbed his own bag from the trunk and slung it over his shoulder. Then a man, Desi called him Hunter, jogged down from the castle to greet them. Desi introduced them and James smiled and shook Hunters hand.
“Yeah great to finally meet you as well.” He said. It sounded like Desi was about to have a surprise family reunion from what Hunter had just said and as soon as he'd finished telling them that he'd sent letters to everyone more and more people started showing up. The next guy to show up was apparently Desi's cousin, Brady and while the two of them were talking another man approached. He introduced himself and shook the man's hand. When the man introduced himself as Alric Addams, James realized he was Desi's father. The way things were going it seemed like he was going to be meeting the whole family.

Drake had never been on a plane before, he usually took the train because it saved him money in the long run and Drake usually didn't have much extra cash. He kept his excitement about the plane ride hidden though, it wasn't really an exciting occasion and he didn't want to look like a dork either. He spent most of the ride starring out the window and trying to cheer Mia up a bit. She had tried to get him to stay home but Drake had already made up his mind that he was going. It could be dangerous, what ever or who ever had made two powerful and ancient vampires just disappear like that had to be dangerous and he'd never forgive himself if something happened to Mia and he wasn't around to help. Plus he figured if he helped find the missing Addams maybe the rest of her family would see he wasn't like most demons and then they'd give him a chance. Or maybe some of them would be there too and they could get to know him and see he wasn't a bad guy. Drake hated that part of the reason Mia and her family were fighting was because of him and what he was. He didn't want to be the reason she couldn't have a good relationship with her family, he figured if they just got to know him a bit better then everything would turn out alright.
Mia mentioned that they should get there before her family assumed she was dead and Drake agreed. “Yeah cause if they think you're dead I'd be suspect number one and I so don't need a whole family of vampires trying to track me down for vengeance.” He teased back as he got in the taxi. When they finally got to the castle Mia asked if it was too late to go back home. “I think its definitely too late, besides it's probably best to get this whole meet and greet over with now, putting it off will only make it worse.” He said shrugging as he stared at the castle. It was huge and Drake wondered if they had servants and a butler and everything, he hadn't really realized how well off her family was. What if they didn't like him cause he wasn't wealthy? Drake decided if they were the snobby type he didn't care if they liked him, Mia liked him and really that was what mattered. “You know no matter what happens we'll still have each other, that'll never change. But I think once they get to know me they like me, and it'll all turn out alright.” Drake said confidently as he opened his door and got out of the cab. “They just won't be able to resist my awesome demon charm.” He added grinning a bit.

Fang lay on the floor of Alonzo's lab watching the man work on some sort of experiment. He wasn't quite sure what the guy was up too but it was still fun too watch and it helped to take his mind off of how he'd failed to properly protect the Addams from what ever had gotten to them. Fang was disappointed in himself, he hadn't even noticed anything strange going on that night, he hadn't sensed or smelled anything out of the ordinary, if he had been paying better attention he probably could have actually helped them. His ears perked up as he heard cars start rolling up to the castle. He tried to stay calm, Hunter had told him that the Addam's children and grandchildren would be arriving soon to help find Cordelia and Mortimer. Fang hadn't met any of the family, they didn't seem to care about Cordelia and Mortimer, they never visited and Fang had heard them talking about how they never stayed in touch. Fang couldn't understand it, he'd give anything to have his own family back and if they were alive he would gladly visit them all the time.
Alonzo muttered to himself as he mixed some chemicals together, he was trying to get this finished before everyone started arriving but it looked like that wasn't going to happen. He'd been trying to make some vampire sun screen that would last all day and allow them to comfortable spend as much time outside in the sun as they wanted to. It would've been excellent surprise if he could just get it right.
“Oh that's not good.” He just as the chemicals he'd mixed and what seemed like an impossible amount of smoke, shot out of there beaker and all over the room. A thin layer of dust and ashes now covered the lab and Alonzo as well. He took of his safety goggles and started coughing, it was certainly an exhilarating experience. He glanced around the lab for Fang just in time to see the wolf running out the doggy door he'd installed. Alonzo shook some of the ashes and globes of chemical goo out of his hair, took off his lab coat and left the lab, locking the door behind him. No need for Jasper to accidentally stumble into that room before he'd cleaned that man would flip his lid. Alonzo had never met anyone so obsessed with cleaning before.
Fang dashed out of the lab through his door as soon as the air started filling with smoke and ashes and kept running until he made his way out the back door. Then he stopped suddenly, noticing that they're was a car and woman in the back yard. He tilted his head and watched this new person closely, they didn't seem to be up to anything but he couldn't figure out why they were just hanging around the back door when everyone else was out front. His first instinct was to give them a growl to let them know not to try anything but he had been told not to growl at the guests. So Fang tilted his head to the side and sniffed the air, she didn't smell threatening so he figured she must be alright. He jumped up onto his hind legs and used his paws to open the door for her, then dropped back down to all fours. He then howled as way of greeting and inviting the stranger inside the castle.

Megan was normally a talker, she would talk about pretty much anything that popped into her head, because she hated silence. She'd dealt with silence for too long in her life, so she would just keep talking to avoid it, whether people were really listening to what she had to say or not. This, of course, usually caused people to get annoyed with Megan pretty quickly. But, while Megan did love to talk, she could be quiet when she knew that it was best. Like if she was listening to someone vent about something that was bothering them, Megan would be quiet and just listen. And like during the plane ride to Transylvania, Megan had stayed quiet throughout nearly the entire ride, because she could see that Cas was worried about his grandparents, and probably wasn't in the mood to follow a conversation, so she'd simply stayed silent and let Cas think about whatever he needed to think about. Megan, meanwhile, had spent the ride wondering what Cas' family was like, and more than a little nervous about meeting them. From what Cas had told her, there was some tension between them, over his younger sister's boyfriend being one of the reasons, and that made Megan worry even more about meeting his family. If there was already enough tension between them, and they didn't like Megan. . . well, Megan certainly didn't want to cause any more tension for Cas than there already was. She'd have to be careful when she met his family, and try not to do anything that would make any of them dislike her.
When the castle had finally came into view, Megan was surprised by just how big it was. She hadn't ever seen a place that big before, and especially not a place that big that belonged to a family. A business, maybe, but not just a family home. She hadn't realized that Cas' family must be pretty well off to be able to have a place like that. She was tempted to ask him if there were any cool secret passage ways, or how fun it had been growing up in a place like that, but Megan kept her thoughts to herself. She'd ask him all of that later, after they had found his grandparents, and he'd gotten to see his family again and hopefully worked things out with them. Megan straightened in her seat when she spotted some people already there, wondering who they were.
She quickly snapped out of her thoughts when Cas started speaking after turning the car off, saying that he knew he'd warned her before, but that his family could be a little intense, and this was probably going to be one of those awkward situations. Then apologized because he always thought this would go a lot different than it was, and started talking about a code word, which would be Fruit Loops, in case things got too awkward or something and wanted to leave. Megan nodded her head, making a mental note of it just in case she would need it later. "Hey, there's no reason to apologize, Cas, it's not like you knew that your grandparents were going to disappear," Megan said. "And don't worry about me, I can handle intense and awkward," she added quickly, giving him a quick grin. Megan was only there, to be there for Cas, and help him look for his grandparents, he already had enough going on between worrying about his grandparents, and facing his family for the first time in a century; she didn't want him adding in worrying about if she felt awkward, to everything else he had going on. Which had been why during the plane ride there, Megan had decided that even if someone in his family didn't like her, that she would act as if she didn't notice and be nice and friendly anyway, she didn't want to add any unneeded stress onto Cas.
When Cas got out of the car, Megan took the moment she was alone to do her best to get her nerves under control. Megan was a horrible liar, always had been, but at the same time, she knew how to hide everything behind a smile, so provided that she didn't have to say anything, she was pretty sure she'd do a good job at hiding how nervous she was to be meeting Cas' family. If there was already tension between them before, and then now with the grandparents missing, Megan imagined there might be even more tension added. Not exactly the best time to be meeting people for the first time, but there wasn't much she could do about it, because she couldn't just let Cas deal with this on his own.
Megan unbuckled her seat belt, and got out of the car when Cas opened the door for her, smiling and giving a nod of her head when he asked her if she was ready to meet the family. "Of course! I'm looking forward to meeting them!" she said. And she was. . .she was just also nervous about it, but she did her best to hide that. Megan paused for a second, then added, "And I'm sure everything will be fine, Cas. It's been a century since you saw them last, they probably want to patch things up just like you do, and you guys can go back to being close again. That's what families do, right? Fight, argue, and then make up and move on!" Megan said, trying to sound convincing and help Cas relax a little. "And I'm sure Mortimer and Cordelia are perfectly fine, probably just a misunderstanding or something," she added. At least, she hoped that's what it was, she didn't know them but she was worried about them, she'd hate for anything to happen to Cas' grandparents. With that, Megan took his hand and gave him a tug towards where the others were. "Come on, let's go say hi!" she said, smiling at him. "I promise that I'll try to keep everyone's names straight on the first try! Well, maybe I'll at least get the first letter right, anyway" she joked, trying to get a smile out of him.

Desi had barely pulled away from the hug her cousin Brady had pulled her into, when she heard another car drive up, looking in that direction, Desi spotted her brother, Cas, along with a woman with blue hair that she hadn't seen before. She raised an eyebrow curiously at that. For some reason, she just hadn't expected her brother to be with someone with blue hair. Interesting, to say the least. Desi watched for a moment, as he got out and went around to open the door for the blue haired girl. Desi had missed her brother, and there wasn't a day that went by that she didn't miss him. But it didn't fully hit her until then just how much she had missed him. . . and she suddenly started wondering what she'd missed, it was a sad thought that she didn't even know who her brother was with. Then again, Cas probably didn't have any idea that Desi had gotten married, the only person she'd told was Hunter and her grandparents. Had things not went so badly between them, Desi would have grabbed her brother into a hug, then a head lock and started calling him Cassy again, as she use to do all the time. As it was, though, Desi wanted to start things off on the right foot, and she suspected that probably wouldn't go over that great with Cas if she did that in front of the new girl. It might be her last chance to fix things with him, and she didn't want to ruin it.
She looked away, something catching her eye and when she focused, she saw that it was her cousin, Neil, standing by the main gate and hanging back a little. Desi gave him a quick wave, just to let him know that she'd seen him. Desi had never been as close to Neil as she had her other cousin, Brady, but Desi thought that maybe she should try to change that. He'd shown up, after all, and she did want to fix things with the entire family, and Neil was family. Looking away from Neil, Desi spotted her sister Mia arriving. With a guy. Desi fought the urge to cringe. She really hoped that wasn't Demon Boy. Surely Mia didn't have the nerve to bring Demon Boy here with her, did she? Actually, she probably did, Desi thought, sighing. Not only did Desi not care for Demon Boy, but she knew that probably would not go over well with the others if she brought him into the family castle. Desi took a deep breath and blew it out slowly, she needed to be civil, she reminded herself. Even if she didn't agree with it. . . Desi had missed her sister as much as she'd missed her brother, and she wanted to fix things with her. It wouldn't help them to fix things if she started giving her a lecture about who to date. Still, that didn't mean Desi had to like it, and it also didn't mean that she wouldn't pull Demon Boy to the side and have a little chat with him when she got the chance.
She quickly looked away from her sister when she heard another voice join in, this one she instantly recongized as being her father. The last time Desi had seen him, hadn't been pretty, to put it mildly. She'd taken her mother's side, and blamed him for the split, and she'd been angry at him for hurting her mother so badly, and she'd told him that. Desi still had that anger towards him, ever since she'd found out what he'd done, it felt like she didn't even know him anymore, the father she'd known she hadn't thought could do something like that. Clearly, he wasn't who Desi had believed he was. But even with that, Desi had missed him. Which was why she gave him a small smile when he said that it was good to see them all again, it was too bad it had taken something like Mortimer and Cordelia missing to make it happen. There was a little part of her that wanted to hug him, but she hadn't forgave him and she wouldn't do something like that, so she crossed her arms over her chest instead. Before Desi could say anything, Alric introduced himself to James. Desi stayed quiet while the two introduced themselves and shook hands, once that was done, Desi spoke. "Yeah, seems it always takes something bad to happen, for people to over their issues," Desi said plainly. She sighed, and reminded herself of the promise she'd made herself before coming here, that she would try her best to fix things, and that included not being cold towards Alric. So, she cleared her throat and tried again. "It is good to see you again, though," she added. "There's uh, a lot that we need to get caught up, I guess," she added, glancing over towards James, suddenly wondering how Alric would react when he found out that not only had Desi gotten married without telling him, but that she'd married someone that wasn't a vampire. Then Desi quickly reminded herself that she didn't care what he thought, not just because of what he'd done but because he hadn't bothered to get in touch with her in a century. But then again, Desi was just as much to blame for that as he was.
Desi stayed quiet for a second, not sure what to say. Even though she was happy to see her father, it still felt awkward being around him. Desi hadn't expected him to be there, even though in hindsight she knew she should have, but she wasn't ready for it. So, she cleared her throat and uncrossed her arms. "Ya know what, Dad, I think we're going to go say hi to Cas, and maybe convince Neil to join the party," Desi said. Without waiting on an answer from him, Desi took James' hand and tugged him away from Alric, and in the direction of Cas and Blue Girl. She slowed her pace though, not in too much of a hurry. "I am happy to see him. . . but I'm just not exactly ready for a friendly little chat," she whispered to James, once they were out of Alric's ear shot. She tried to shrug off the guilty feeling she had for basically running away from him, but couldn't quite mange it. Desi sighed. "I will talk to him later, though," she said, more to herself than James, and making the promise to herself that she would follow through with it. Desi sighed and looked back to James. "I'm sorry. I didn't even think about everyone else being here, too. I didn't want you to see just how insane my family is. I'm sorry for bringing you here and getting you caught in the middle of World War 3. Actually, no, World War 3 would probably be less bloody," she muttered. Desi looked up, they were a few feet away from Cas and the girl, before going over, she shook her head. "Feel free to run away, screaming into the night, while you still can," she told him, only half joking. She really wouldn't blame him for escaping while he still could.

Willow wasn't sure how long she'd been there, staring at the castle, lost in thought, and absentmindedly twirling her wedding ring around her finger, as she tried to decide if she was making a mistake by even being there. She knew that she should have taken her ring off a century ago. . . but she'd just never been able to; the one time she'd tried, it had felt too weird without it on. She and Alric might not have have actually filed for a divorce, but could you really still consider someone to be your husband if you hadn't seen him in a century? Willow honestly wasn't sure. But if Alric wasn't her husband anymore, than his family wasn't her family anymore. So she didn't have any right to be there. There would probably be plenty of people looking for Mortimer and Cordelia, what could she really do that they couldn't? But, no, it was more than just Cordelia and Mortimer, even though Willow truly did want to find them as well. It was also her last chance to fix things with her kids, which Willow wanted to do more than anything. Plus. . . there was that little part of her that wanted to see Alric again, but she tried to dismiss that one. Still, forcing herself to get out and go face everyone was easier said and done, and Willow might just have stayed in her car even longer had a wolf not came out of the house.
Willow blinked at that. Since when did Mortimer and Cordelia have a pet wolf? Then again, she hadn't been home . . er- here, in a century, a lot would naturally change in that time. She watched curiously as the wolf jumped up on its hind legs and opened the door, and then howled at her. Willow took that as the wolf's way of greeting her, and inviting her in. That made Willow tilt her head curiously. Obviously this wasn't just an ordinary wolf, she realized. Willow paused for a second, but finally sighed and forced herself to move. She couldn't keep putting it off forever, and she might as well take Wolfy up on his invite. When Willow reached the wolf, she paused beside him. "Thanks, Wolfy," Willow said. Since Willow had the feeling that the wolf wasn't an average wolf, she decided to thank him, something told her that he would understand. "Well, you're kinda cute. and I don't think you'll try to eat me," she added, giving the wolf a quick pat on the head before heading into the castle.
It felt weird, stepping foot inside the castle, almost like she really was trespassing now. But at the same time, it felt like she was home again. She reminded herself that it wasn't her home anymore, but her brain seemed to be refusing to fully accept that. Running her hand though her hair, Willow slowly made her way through the castle, the back door opened up into the conservatory, and then from there, Willow went into the hallway, walking past the doors that led into the kitchen, dining room, game room, library, and various other rooms. Each room looked exactly the same as it had when Willow had left the castle, and it was almost like stepping back in time. It wasn't until she reached the foyer that she realized if she was going to have to stay here for a couple of days, looking for Mortimer and Cordelia, that she would have to find a spare room to stay in. Her old room had been shared with Alric, and if Alric were here. . . yeah, guest room it was. She looked around the foyer for a moment, chewing on her bottom lip and trying to decide where to go from there. She could go ahead and start looking around, but muffled voices were catching her ear. Walking forward to the front door that had been left open, and looked out. Just at the bottom of the stairs, she spotted a small group of people already gathered. Among them, she saw all three of her kids, along with Hunter, Brady, Neil was a little farther off, and a couple of people didn't recognize. She saw someone with Mia, but from here she couldn't make out who it was. She hoped that it wasn't the demon. But she also decided that if it was. . . she'd try to keep her thoughts and dislike of him to herself. She wanted to fix things with her kids, and it wouldn't help anything if she gave Mia a lecture about how demons were untrustworthy.
Looking away from Mia, she spotted Cas with a girl, and then she suddenly spotted Alric, talking with Desi and one of the people she didn't recognize. Willow froze when she saw him. Even though she had already known that he would most likely be there, it still wasn't enough to prepare her for when she actually saw him. It was weird how she could be happy to see him, yet not want anything to do with him at the same time. She still had all of that anger towards him, for what he'd done and breaking her trust, and a whole different batch of anger for accusing her of cheating. It had already hurt bad enough that he'd been unfaithful, but to then accuse her of the same thing was like pouring salt in a wound. But, she'd been with Alric for a long time, she couldn't just not miss him, which she had every single freaking day. Willow chewed on the inside of her cheek for a long moment. She wanted to go out and join the group, but she couldn't. She couldn't force herself to walk right into the middle of it and face them all at once. She was going to have enough of a hard time facing Alric, and trying to figure out how to deal with him, she didn't want to face her kids at the same time. She and Desi had said some pretty nasty things the last time they spoke, and Cas had taken Alric's side and since doing so, he'd been acting cold and distant towards her, which hurt her more than she was willing to admit to have her son turn against her like that. And then the whole situation with Mia was a headache in its own right. It was bad enough to feel like she didn't belong here at the castle, and ten times as bad to have your husband betray you, but to then add in that your kids didn't want anything to do with you? Yeah, all of it alone was enough to make Willow stake herself. Sighing, Willow turned away from the door, she'd try to talk to them as they came in the house, one at a time. If she went out there and everyone just walked away from her, she wouldn't be able to handle it, which was why Willow turned away from the door and walked back into the foyer.

Brady watched as the others began to arrive, a few of them showing up with people that he didn't recognize, which made Brady wonder what everyone had been up to. He really should have tried harder to keep in touch with everyone, he realized. He hadn't really been on bad terms with anyone, but he hadn't really put the effort in to staying in touch with them, a decision that Brady realized was a mistake when Cordelia and Mortimer had went missing. That made him decide that he would work harder to stay closer to his family. He watched as Alric apporached Desi and James, and then Desi leaving after only a few moments. Brady frowned as Desi left, pulling James off with her. She hadn't really bothered to spend much time talking to Alric, which made Brady think that she was being a little rude. She should have at least talked to him for a few moments.
"Uh, well, it's nice seeing you again, uncle Alric," Brady said, smiling at him. "I heard that you've been living in Barcelona? That's a nice place, I was out there a couple of years ago, can't remember the exact year. Had I known where you were, I'd have popped in to see ya," Brady rambled a bit. "Anyway, uh, we should get caught up later. I've got some interesting stories that I bet you'll just love to hear. One of them involves a were-tiger, a warlock, and a really big misunderstanding," he said, grinning. "So, I'm gunna go drop my stuff off in my old room, and then see what I can do about looking for Mortimer and Cordelia, so I'll catch you later," Brady said. With that, Brady turned and jogged up the stairs and into the castle. He wanted to avoid dealing with as much drama as possible, he hadn't been involved in the big fallout and he didn't want to get dragged into it now, if it was at all possible.
"Oh, aunt Willow, when did you get here?" Brady asked, spotting Willow in the foyer.
"Oh, uh, just a few moments ago, actually," Willow said.
"Cool, I guess it's just one big family reunion, huh?" he asked, wondering why Willow was staying away from the others.
"Yeah, looks like it," Willow said.
Brady frowned, there was something odd about Willow's tone, and he'd caught just a flash of something flicker across her face but it was too fast to figure out what it was. "Well, see ya around," Brady said, turning and heading up the stairs. Willow was acting like she wasn't in a talkative mood, so Brady wasn't going to push. When he reached his old room, he paused in the door way, scanning the room. It looked just the same as it had when he'd left all of those years, no matter how long it went between his visits, Cordelia and Mortimer always left it as it was. Brady dropped his bag on a chair and then headed back out the door, he'd have time later to hang around in his room, but right now it was more important to try to find Cordelia and Mortimer.
Brady took another set of stairs to head back down to the main level, this one led directly into the living room, where he spotted Katt sitting on the couch. Brady grinned. "Hey, Katt! Long time, no see, huh? What have you been up?" Brady asked.

Hunter mostly stayed quiet while everyone else talked. The tension was pretty obvious, but at least there wasn't anyone fighting, or setting fires, or yelling, or throwing things, or anything dangerous like that. Yet, at least. Hunter hoped that everyone could get over their differences and start getting along soon. He hated seeing them all. . . cold and distant from each other. Especially when he remembered how close they had all once been. Looking around the driveway, Hunter spotted Mia and Drake, and then Neil standing by the gates. Hunter thought that maybe he could try to do something to help, maybe if he got those that were hanging to the back to join in, it would be a good start. Maybe he'd also try to get Desi to talk to Alric again, and not run off next time.
Hunter waited after Desi left, and then Brady headed into the house. "Just uh. . . give her a little time. I'm sure she'll warm up after a little bit," he told Alric. "I'm gunna go greet Mia, she looks about to bail," he joked. Well, half joked. With that, Hunter left and jogged across the driveway, coming to a stop a few feet away from Mia and Drake. Hunter knew that the others didn't like Drake because he was a demon, but Hunter really didn't like nor dislike Drake. He didn't know anything about him, and Hunter didn't like to judge people. So he would be friendly. Plus, he wanted Mia to feel comfortable, and he figured being nice to her boyfriend would be a good way to go about it. "Mia, hey! It's nice to see you again, just wish it was under different circumstances," he said. "Drake, nice to see you again as well," he added. "Um, anyway, I just came over to ask if you two needed any help with your bags or anything," he added. Hunter doubted that they did, but it seemed like a good excuse to him to come over, without being too obvious that he was trying to convince them to join the others.
