Rayne hadn't really thought about it when she'd asked Damian to get the coffee for her, but after she had, she hoped that he didn't have another erm- accident. He did seem to be a bit clumsy, and Rayne had only asked for his help to try to get his mind off of bolting, so it would have defeated the purpose if something else had happened. But luckily he got the bag without incident. "Thanks," Rayne said as he sat it down. It also didn't escape Rayne's attention that he looked surprised at her question, which for a second made her wonder if maybe she shouldn't have asked. Maybe he had other plans, or maybe he just didn't want to hang out with her. But it was only for a second, before he answered, saying that he'd like to. He also went on to say that he would like to hang out with her, then corrected himself and said all of them. And then. . . added that he didn't mean that she wasn't great, and he thought she was amazing. That caused Rayne to arch an eyebrow curiously at Damian's rambling.
There were a few things that came to mind that she considered saying, but Rayne kept her thoughts to herself. Mostly because of the look Damian gave her. He was obviously trying to avoid embarrassing himself -again-, and Rayne didn't want to accidentally say anything that might do just that. She was trying to decide what to say when Damian spoke again, suggesting that they ride the bikes tonight. Rayne grinned at that. She had a bright, hot pink colored motorcycle that she loved to ride every chance that she got. "Sounds fun. You know I can't pass up a chance to ride my bike," she said, grinning again. Then paused for a second, her smile turning teasing. "I might even challenge you to a race," she added, giving a shrug of her shoulders. Rayne then tilted her head a little, an idea coming to mind. "Although, we'd have to make the race interesting and make a bet," she said slowly. "Think you're up for that?" she asked.
Meadow rolled her eyes when she heard Steven behind her. "Seriously, someone get me a big shoe so I can squish this pest buzzing around me, please," she grumbled sarcastically. Meadow spun around to face him, narrowing her eyes at him. "And I do mean it. Are you dense or what?" she snapped. Meadow's eyes narrowed to slits on the next part, however. "Temporary insanity and memory loss. I forgot that it was the man I despise most," she hissed quietly. Maybe she could cast a spell to give Steven amnesia or something so he'd stop bringing that damn incident up, she thought. He then asked her about the date, and Meadow's glare turned rather hostile. "I told you that I would never go out with you, do I have to keep repeating that?" she snapped.

"Ya know, Meadow. Maybe you should take him up on it," Summer said. That caused Meadow to turn her glare on her aunt. "What?" Meadow asked, giving Summer a look as if she'd lost her mind. Summer shrugged. "I was just thinking, if you took him on it, you could make his entire night miserable and send him screaming into the night like you did the others and you'd finally get him to leave you alone," Summer explained, shruging again. Meadow was about to argue that, but stopped at the last second, considering that. As much as she hated the idea of actually going out with Steven of all people, she did like Summer's idea. Maybe she could scare the hell out of Steven and make him leave her alone once and for all.
She looked back towards him, weighing her options. Finally, she shrugged. "I'm going with my sister and aunt, not with you. If you want to tag alone. . . whatever, but you'd better not whine when I make your night a living hell," she said. That was much of a 'yes' as Steven would ever get from her. And she did fully intend on making his night Hell.

Summer gave a small smile when Darion said that the Wolf Boys would like to go with them. "More the merrier, right?" she said. Then Darion said that he bet Steven would survive the night, but without a few bruises. Summer chuckled and glanced towards her niece. "Maybe, but he'll probably end up with a few broken bones as well," she said. Knowing Meadow, Summer wouldn't be surprised if she did something like that. She'd seen Meadow hurt some people in the past that had been annoying her quite a bit, after all, so it wouldn't be the first time.
Summer's thoughts scattered when Darion spoke again, asking if she was up for the movie date. And then added that they could probably do their own thing if the other four got too crazy, especially Meadow and Steve. Summer glanced over at them, and tried to decide if she was up for listening to their bickering for the entire night. Probably not, considering that Meadow was just getting warmed up. But, glancing back towards Darion, Summer did like the idea of hanging out with him tonight. But she silently scolded herself for that as soon as the thought popped into her head. She liked Darion, quite a bit to be honest. But she had to remind herself that she couldn't let herself get too involved with him, not considering. . . well, her situation. But, after everything that Summer had been through, didn't she deserve to let herself have at least a couple of nice times?
Summer was considering that, and trying to decide how to respond, when Darion said that maybe she would win the bet after all. That caused her to look back towards Meadow and Steven. Summer coughed to hide a chuckle at the glare Meadow was giving Steven. "I think I will," she said, a small chuckle escaping. Shaking her head, she turned her attention back towards Darion. "As for the movie date," she started slowly," sure. Sounds like fun," she said. She gave him a small smile before glancing away, and cleared her throat. "We could always go with them to the movies, and then skip out right after, before the blood shed begins," Summer said, letting out another light chuckle. She imagined that after spending two hours in a dark movie theater, surrounded by strangers and Steven, Meadow would probably be quite vicious by the time the lights came on. Quite honestly, Summer was pretty sure she wouldn't want to be around for that. "I uh. . . I know of this nice little restaurant, we could go there and grab a bite to eat while we wait on Meadow's head to explode so we don't get hit with it," she suggested. "If you wanted to, that was," she added quickly, and not looking back towards Darion yet.
Summer wasn't like Meadow, or Rayne. While Meadow was overly blunt, and Rayne was nicer than Meadow, but still far from being shy; Summer was a bit more reserved. Which was odd considering that she was older than her nieces by quite a bit, she wasn't nearly as outgoing as either of them. Hell, Summer was pretty sure little Skye was more outgoing than she was. And that was why that Summer kept her eyes averted, she wouldn't have been able to make the suggestion had she been looking at him.

Skye tilted her head a little at Tyler when he said that his Dad was teaching him how to make ice arrows, and his uncle was teaching him how to control his fire. "Sounds cool," she commented. Then he said that they said he was special because he was a split sorcerer. "Mommy says that I am to, because I'm part witch and part-" Skye started to say, but stopped herself at the last second. Her mother had told her to never to anyone what her other part was, what her father was. So, Sky snapped her mouth shut before breaking her promise to her mother. Instead, she looked back at the others as Tyler agreed that they were weird, but that Steven had told him it was alright to act like that towards girls, even though Tyler didn't understand it.
"Mom said something similar, only towards boys. But then Aunt Meadow said that anyone that acted weird because of a boy should be smacked upside the head," she said. Then chuckled. "But Aunt Meadow says that about just about everything," she added. Even Skye was used to Meadow though, her aunt wasn't someone you wanted to piss off, but she did have a good side to her. Skye snapped out of her thoughts when Tyler asked if he should throw something at one of the grown ups. Skye blinked and looked over towards him, chuckling when she saw that he had a snow ball in his hand. She paused for a second, looking back towards the adults, and nodded her head. "Definitely. Why don't you hit Steven with it? I bet Aunt Meadow would love that," Skye said, chuckling. She held her hand out, a small pink glow swirling over the palm of her hand, and then a small water ball appeared in her hand. "Who should I hit with this?" she asked, glancing back towards Tyler. It was only fair to ask, after all, since she'd suggested someone for him hit his snow ball with.
