Kuro had a target to take care of before she allowed herself to continue getting distracted by the following noise. No, she couldn't tell exactly was going on in the distances, nor did she particularily care about it.. at this moment. She walked to the other end of the rooftop, keeping an eye on a rather tall man, wearing a black trench coat, but she knew that she had to wait till the lad was away from those filthy human creatures. Her tongue slid over her already moist lips, lundging her weight towards the other building and landing on the other building. This was her favorite part, the rush filled her bloodstream, and basically the hunt. The man entered the building that she was standing on and she soon would realize that this was the building that the man lived in, so she turned on her heels and entered the door. Swiftly going down the stairs and entered the floor, it wasn't hard finding the door since she had already seen the number before 124. She turned the door knob and entered the room, glancing around the apartment. It seemed like any other apartment, but the rooms could use a few more decorations. She had to decided what type of killing that she was going to do on her target, normally they gave her specific directions on how to do it, but this time.. that wasn't the case. She took a few steps inside the room and the door shut, and a figure dropped down behind her, causing her to turn around in time to block a high kick. "You've been expecting me, I see." her voice sounded like velvet to the years, delicate but alluring. His skin started melting against her touch, and a sly smirk lifted one of the corners of her lips, "Is your power Ice?" she mocked, and he started flinging ice sculptures making her leg go of his foot and drawing her sword, the only one that she wasn't able to fence off hit her arm. Luckily for her, it wasn't the arm that was holding the sword, she continued on with her snide, mocking comments, and if it was the something that she has learned.. it wasn't very safe using her powers indoors.. she tended to get ahead of herself. The guy left an opening and she took it, beheading him and then using her power to melt his body to dust, before putting it out and sweeping the ashes into the vent system. Then she fleed out of the room and back on the roof tops, of course, that was after she cleaned off her sword. She let out a soft breath, and looked down at her arm and tied a torn off piece of cloth from her shirt around it, making her shirt reveal her toned stomach.

Billie tended to keep herself out of trouble and that resulted her to have very limited information about the rest of the residents in the neighborhood. She ran a hand through her hair, as she kept her distances to most of the pedistrions. Her eyes were somewhere else while her hand was delicately wrapped around her staff, and she was pretty much used to getting strange looks by close-minded people; it normally just washed over her shoulders. She wasn't sure what was going on with the Anarchs, but someone as her species knew about them. It was very important to know about the industries that could very well turn on nonvampire species. That was when someone ran right into her, causing her back to land against the industral structure behind her.
The thing about Billie was that her aura was clear, it was natural that she pure and sweet. Her eyes scanned over the young woman that wasn't watching where she was walking and knew that one of her coworkers would most definately react different than what she was doing. She heard what she believed to be Leticia apologized, and she lightly shrugged her shoulders, "It's okay, it's not like it caused major injures." she responded to her, and was the type of person that looked on the bright side of things when she was capable of doing so. She ran a hand through her bright colored hair, and through the lass was a pretty girl, but she normally didn't voice those types of opinions. She glanced towards her staff, noticing that the gem flickering was what it normally did when a creature was hurt and then it stopped, which usually lead to death or the creature flickered away from her range. She tilted her head when the girl continued to talk to her, so she easily noticed the tone of her voice showed signs of desperation. "Lucretia is the head of the Anarchs, i think? have you tried looking there?" she responded, and she knew that she was a strange person and voiced things that normally aren't said out in public.

Leticia would never admit it, and she was careful from letting it reach her features, but she couldn't help but notice that the woman she had nearly accidentally walked into was. . . different. In a lot of ways, and she wasn't all that sure what that staff-like thing was that she was carrying, but she was careful to avoid staring at it nonetheless. Leticia always tried to be nice, and if she had to be perfectly honest: she liked that the girl was different, and didn't seem to care what anyone thought of her. She was a pretty girl, with unique hair that made it impossible to miss her, and yet her odd sense of style and the staff thing seemed to fit her perfectly. She also seemed pretty nice, especially as she didn't get upset with Leticia for coming so close to nearly bumping into her. It was, however, a bit harder for her to avoid looking at the staff thing when it started. . . flickering. She caught herself glancing at it a couple of times. That was. . . unusual. To say the least.
She turned her glaze back to Billie's face when she said that Lucretia was the. . . head of the Anarchs, and asked if she had tried looking there. Leticia blinked at her a few times, not being able to hide her confusion. "The. . . Anarchs?" she repeated slowly. "What are the Anarchs? That's not some kind of gang or something, is it?" Leticia asked cautiously. She had never heard of the Anarchs before, so she didn't even know where to start looking for them. But if that was where her sister might be, she'd have to try to find them. Maybe the woman could tell her where to look, she realized. But, even though Leticia was confused, there was one thing that she was happy about. This woman had heard of her sister, and was acting like Lucretia was still alive.
