Shadow grinned. “Oh I'm so glad, I get so terrified being out here in the woods all by my lonesome. Promise to protect me from the big bad wolf?” Shadow asked, his sarcasm as obvious as the fake southern belle accent. He glanced over at Robin, the ferret was still in attack mode and became even more agitated when the cat appeared. Robin was very territorial, and Shadow hoped his pet wouldn't embarrass him again. “No biting.” He hissed at Robin who had that, I wanna bite your ankles, look in his eyes. “Hit the clubs?” He said repeating her question. He wasn't that big a fan of the loud techno, strobe lights and over priced drinks. It was hard to even think in a place like that, but he liked hanging out with Starr more than he liked the quiet. “Yeah I guess I'm free tonight, but I hope you don't think I'm going to dance.” He said joking a bit. “I believe that's still illegal in this state and several others.” He said grinning a bit.

Starr laughed at Shadow's sarcastic, Southern Belle accent as she leaned over and put Malaki on the ground, since she didn't plan on carrying the lazy cat around tonight. Or any night, really. If she wasn't careful, Malaki would try to refuse to do anything for himself. "And play nice," she warned quietly to Malaki, who was giving Robin an odd look. Most likely trying to make sure the ferret didn't try to bite him. Again.
She stood up again and chuckled. "Oh don't worry. I wouldn't dream of trying to drag Wolverine out onto the dance floor," she said. "But I do think you need to lay off watching Footloose," she joked, trying to make her face stay serious, but ended up chuckling and cracking a small smile anyway. "Actually, come to think of it, I wouldn't be caught dead on those things either. I hate dancing. Mostly I just wanted a drink." Starr paused, then smiled again. "We could go to Tobias' bar," she suggested. That seemed like a nice medium for them, since Shadow didn't like loud clubs, and she only wanted to go for a drink.
"Come on, Malaki," she said, nudging the black tabby with her boot. He snorted in annoyance but stood up and began walking beside Starr. Starr put her hand on Shadow's shoulder to give him a playful shove to get him moving, then put her hands in the pockets of her black jeans.
"I don't guess you passed Luna on your walk, did you?" She asked. "She was suppose to be back tonight from Germany. . . doing. . . whatever she was doing out there," she added, frowning slightly. Usually Luna and Starr always talked about what they were doing, or why they were going somewhere, Luna hadn't done that this time, and Starr made a mental note to corner her sister later and find out what she'd been up to. Of course, then again, Starr hadn't exactly been up front with Luna about some things she'd been up to herself lately, so she wasn't really one to talk.

Kelsey froze slightly when Hayden sat down beside her. He always seemed to pick when she was being a total klutz to show up. Then again, when wasn't Kelsey a klutz? Sadly for her . . . never.
"Hey. Yeah . . . nice night out," she said. Yep, nice night to make an idiot out of myself. Nice conversation skills there, Kelsey" she added silently. She ran her hands through her hair to make sure all of the leaves and twigs were finally out. "I was just out for a run," she said, not really sure why she did. Mostly just to have something to say.
Kelsey sighed and tilted her head back to look at the sky for a moment, and hopefully think of something to say that didn't make herself sound like a rambling idiot, which no matter how hard she tried not to, she usually ended up sounding like one around Hayden. Finally she cleared her throat and looked back to him. "Yeah, it's a really nice night out. Last night it was too cloudy to see the stars, and way too dark, I didn't see a rock and fell into the lake outside my cabin," Kelsey said then instantly cringed. Shut. Up. Now. Kelsey. She mentally scolded herself.
"So um . . . you out doing your usual rounds?" She asked, climbing to her feet and dusting her jeans off.

Max just smiled at Brooke as she said she was a Klutz before Derek showed up. Once her big brother was pretty much pulled away and assured Brooke was ok by her seriousness Max relaxed a little but kept his arm still around Brooke for some reason. He smiked at her as they walked through the gates. "That was pretty cool of you standing up to your brother for a stranger Brooke." Max kept his smirk then leaned down. "Oh and I think its pretty cute when you tripped on me." He whispered in her ear as he then heard her speak. Max just shook his head when he heard Brooke apologise for her brother's behavior. "Its ok Im ok with it, just wanted to make sure he wasnt some crazy guy trying to hurt you or something like that." Max said then slightly tensed was he just admitting in a way that he cared about her, no no way it wasnt possible. "oh and by the way its Max. Maxzimillian is just the name I was given at birth Brooklyn." Max tried saying with a deadly serious expression but was faltering with his smile giving him away. He continued walking with her when he caught a familiar scent. His own kind scent, Jayden is close, he thought as he continued walking. "So you work at the strip club to spy on vampires huh? Dont you think there are other ways to do that besides dancing on stage with half if not all your clothes gone Brooke." Max asked, his inner self smacking himself for even bringing it up again. Why do you care if she works there Maxy, its not like your jealous that others get to see her so bare especially those vampires. Max's eyes were shifting getting a light green line across his pink shades. He was jealous very much so. "Not that I care or anything just I think a women like you should noticed how truely beautiful and talented you are without that place." Max tried covering up, he was feeling extremely vulnerable and that just wasnt something he was use to. "So where is this house of yours, dont want those delicate legs of yours to get tired again." He teased her with his smirk while flashing his canines and still having his arm around her. Just noticing that he had been walking with her while holding her the whole time. Damn it Max you cant do this with her, she is going to end up getting hurt because of you. Marx will find out and use her to her advantage. You cant let that happen what would your siblings think of you. His own thoughts still fighting against him as he continued to walk with Brooke still being somewhat protective of her.
Derek looked at Max still trying to figure out this man's intentions with his sister, he seemed very protective of her and as far as he knew the man and Brooklyn had just met. Derek kept his glare on him then looked over at Brooklyn as she spoke her tone serious. That was so unlike her "Brooklyn..." Derek managed to say before he felt Stacy's hand grab his own. Derek froze slightly even if he was always confident around Stacy as soon as Stacy touched him, he became tongue tied. He then heard Stacy speak and just nodded until Stacy let go of his hand and he could finally function again without making a fool of himself. "I know I should be looking for Assassins Stace I do that every night but you cant blame me for being protective after what happen with..." Derek stopped himself it still pained him to say Rose's name even after all this time. He sighed "I just want to make sure she doesnt get hurt ok. Is that so wrong?" He asked as he then let it sink in what Stacy had said. "Wait a minute, Brooklyn is crushing on this stranger? How can you tell that Stace? They just met from what I can tell." Derek said as he then looked down at his hand now missing the warmness Stacy's hand had offer him those few seconds. He then sighed and looked up at Stacy cracking a small smile as she teased him about the alarm situation. "Oh I relish the challenge Stace just remember that tomorrow night I will be copying my niece's tactic." He teased back as Derek became bold and put his arm around Stacy. "Im sorry I just acted on impulse with Brooklyn Stace I just dont want anyone else getting hurt because of those damn vampires." Derek said as he looked out seeing Brooklyn walk out of his sight as he sighed and kept his arm around Stacy.

Shadow laughed and shook his head. “No, I meant my dancing is illegal, someone always ends up injured and only half the time is it me with the broken bones.” He nodded Toby had a nice bar, quiet music, strong drinks food that could be eaten if nothing else was available. Plus the drinks weren't ridiculously over priced like you'd find in some hip club. “And that sounds great.” He added as he glanced over at the excited ferret who examined the cat from a distance, keeping low to the ground, as if the cat was a stranger. Then Robin Hood jumped up on its feet and hoped around the cat, keeping the cat in its sight at all times, as it circled it making a chuckling nose as it decided the cat was a playmate rather than a danger. As they started walking Robin continued the behavior.
Shadow stumbled backwards slightly and followed her. “Nope, sorry, haven't had the pleasure of running into the good twin yet.” He said teasing slightly. “Though if you want to find her I'm guessing we hunt down Stark or Jade.” He suggested, if Luna wasn't with Starr she's probably be with one of them, or off one her own, there was always that. “I'm sure she's fine though, I mean you guys have that mind talking thing right, so if she was in trouble I'm sure you'd know.” He said trying to be reassuring, noticing her slight mood change at the subject of her sister.
Hayden followed Kelsey's lead and stood up as well. He smiled at her story for falling in the lake. “Yeah, I've never really cared for gravity either. When I was a kid I decided I wasn't going to follow the law of gravity and I tried to jump out a window and fly. Course my plan didn't work and I ended up breaking an arm and a few ribs, had so many different color bruises I looked like some sort of B movie space alien, good thing us vampires heal fast I guess. But boy my parents...” He paused for just a second when he accidentally mentioned his parents. The parents that had his wife killed and wanted his girls, him, and the whole pack dead. His reaction was barely a flinch, he was good at hiding emotions but doubted anyone would be shocked if he seemed reluctant to talk about his parents. “...well they were so pissed.” He said with a small smile. “Guess I wasn't the smartest kid in vamp territory.” He added joking. He didn't usually talk about the past but he felt both comfortable and nervous around Kelsey which occasionally lead to rambling. “Yeah I was just out checking the perimeter, making sure everything was safe.” He said in response to her other question. “You got any plans for tonight? I mean you could join me if you like. I mean I'd be grateful if you'd join, if you don't have something better to do.” He said making a serious effort to stop talking and rambling like he was.

Starr chuckled quietly under her breath at the look on Malaki's face as he watched the ferret hopping around him. Malaki kept walking, carefully watching the ferret for a moment, then finally gave a kitty sigh. Apparently he decided that the ferret was trying to play with him rather then bite or annoy him.
Starr looked back to Shadow when he said that he hadn't ran into the 'good twin' yet and narrowed her eyes for a second as she decided how to respond to that. Then she put on a big, fake grin. "Why thank you, Shadow! That's the best compliment that I've had all week!" She said in a mock happy voice, then rolled her eyes. Starr ran her hand through her hair for a moment when Shadow mentioned that Luna might be with Stark or Jade. He was right, there was a very big possibility that's where her sister was, Starr knew that Luna loved playing her wake up games with them... If Starr knew for sure that was where Luna was, she wouldn't worry about her because she knew that both Stark and Jade would look out for her. Starr sighed though when Shadow mentioned the mind talking thing. "Yeah, we do have that..." Starr said slowly, chewing on the inside of her cheek for a moment. "But it depends on if she'd actually use it. Luna's been...a bit distant lately," she said, looking ahead and honestly not realizing that she still talking.
Starr blinked out of her thoughts though and looked back to Shadow, giving him a small smile as a thanks for trying to be reassuring about her sister. "But yeah, you're probably right. She's probably off torturing Stark or Jade somewhere," she added, letting out a small chuckle. Starr cleared her throat and went quiet for a moment, watching where she was going and occasionally looking over to make sure Malaki and Robin Hood were keeping up without any trouble. As they got closer to Toby's bar, Starr finally spoke again. "I'm hoping that my uncle isn't here," Starr said. "I love him and all, but my uncle and I got into a. . .er- rather heated argument a couple of nights ago and I haven't seen him since. I really don't want to pick up where we left off," she said, rolling her eyes. Starr and Derek tended to do that a lot though, they butted heads nearly all the time. Starr smiled and bumped her shoulder into Shadow's. "If we run into Derek, think you could help me tie him up and lock him in the back room or something?" She joked.

Kelsey couldn't help but laugh at Hayden's story about jumping out a window when he was a kid. She kept her smile in place and acted like she didn't notice Hayden's pause when he must have realized that he'd mentioned his parents. It had caught Kelsey's attention because Hayden hardly ever mentioned his past, and his parents were an extremely rare thing to hear about, unless of course it was followed by a bunch of cussing of something they'd recently done. Not that Kelsey could blame him of course, had her parents been like Hayden's she wouldn't have wanted to talk about them either. Kelsey did find it curious though that Hayden and his parents were so different, but that was a good thing.
"I guess everyone has to learn that horrible lesson that they can't fly at some point in their lives," she joked. She blinked a few times in surprise at his question, then smiled. "No, um, not really any plans. I was- I was just probably going to spend the night reading another book," she said, shrugging her shoulders. "So. . . yeah, sure, I'd like that," she said, nodding her head a little and letting her smile grow a bit more. Kelsey just hoped that she didn't do something totally stupid. . .again.
"So," Kelsey said, clearing her throat a little. "Where were you heading to next?" She asked, pushing her hair behind her ear.

Luna heard what Stark said softly and smiled, she loved how he was just so sweet, "Well it was on my to do list and I couldn't do it while I was gone so, yeah and I know you love it." she teased him. She was feeling tingle from him touching her hair, she closed her eyes and heard his comment so she glanced up to see hsi playful grin, "Oh I know, I was gone for awhile." then she heard his teased story and she shook her head then heard the added one about Jessica and busted out laughing, "I always knew something freaky was wrong with her." she shook her head Brooke noticed that he smiled after she said that she was a Klutz. She heard Derek say her name before he was being ushered away. Then after they walked through the gates she ehard his comment, then heard what he whispered in her ear, she blushed, "oh..I kinda trip alot.." she barely got out and was trying not to studder. Brooke noticed that he just shook his head and heard what he said, she almost stopped since it just seemed like he admited that he cared, "Oh? Like a crazy Werewolf is after me." she teased, "No, just Vampires wouldn't think twice on killing any of us." she shurgged. And then she heard his comment about his name after he slightly tensed after his comment from earlier, she shruged, her fullname didn't bother her as his fullname seemed to bother him, she just shook her head, "Okay, Maxzimillian, and Brooklyn is my birth name and everyone calls me that or Brooke or that quiet girl." she shurgged, as they was walking. She heard his comment about her line of work, "Shh.. no one here knows about that." she got defensive, the last thing she needed was that to get back to Derrek or worse, Luna cause she'll think it's okay to be a stripper and become one, probably. Then she added, "They're might be but it's the one time where I feel halfass pretty." she admitted, well it more like slipped out. She noticed his eyes started shifting to a light green along with the pink shades, she slightly bit her lip trying to figure out why in the hell was his eyes changing. Then she heard his following comment, she almost called bullshit but shook her head making her bangs fall into her eyes, "Not everyone thinks so." doesn't really want to admit that she doesn't find herself beautiful but she likes being called it. She heard his little tease, and slightly blushed, "I did not get tired, I was just tired of being out of the Territory when Assassins could attack at any moment." she said, defensively but failed at being brutal. She was noticing that they was still walking, with an arm around each other while holding hands. She was looking ahead, biting her lip. Stacy was noticing that the whole conversation between the wolves was completely serious, so she tried to desfuse it. She barely noticed that Derek even froze and she had her hands, shoved in her pockets in no time. She listened to him, she almost froze at the thought of Rose...her friend. She glanced away, "I know. She's gone but not forgotten. I believe that she still lives on in our hearts and the Vampires will pay for their actions through the years." she said, glancing at Derek, "And Brooke's not in danger.. i'd notice it." Then she listened to all the questions he had and waited until he was finished, "No it's not wrong to get defensive over your little sister." then she took a breat trying to figure out how to answer the next one, "Well have you ever seen Brooke smile like that and be blushing at the same time? Have you ever her speak out against your suspensions? She usually goes along with you, right?" she was answering his questions, with a few of her own questions trying to get her point across. She slightly noticed the thing with his hand, "Is there something wrong?" She heard his tease, "Fine, if you set one foot on my bed and jump. You will pay cause i'm not even gonna wear clothes tonight." she teased back, holding back laughter before she felt his arm around her and heard his comment, "It's okay, the dude wasn't a vampire..or he didn't smell like one to me." she said, as she automatically layed her head on his shoulder. ------------------Vampire time(: ---------------------- Andrew decided to stop by his office to make sure Ariel didn't decide she wanted to go at the last minute, like she often did at times. So he walked in and spotted her, "Hey, Love." he kissed her cheek and grabed her hand and teleported them into the Meeting Room which was right next door. He glanced around and noticed that Lola had made it there before he did, for once. "Hello fellow workers. I have a new little idea that might work." he started, "Try to play nice with the Werewolfs and get them to trust you so it'll be easier to kill the disgrace twins that are not even suppose to be alive. After they trust you, I'll send out invitations of a ball. We will have them right where we want them or we wait. Either or." he started, then glanced around to take in the Assassins' opinions. Lola was trying not to bust out in laughter, she shook her head it was clear that he was getting desprate for Luna and Starr to be dead that'd he play nice. Obviously, he's plan was far fetch but slightly cleaver. She was clearly amused and she wasn't gonna comment, yet but she was sitting on the table. OCC: That's all I got for now, so I'll have to work on Kim later. Imma try and get some sleep since no one seems to like me tonight. (-_-)

Kim did noticed that she made Marx's body slightly shuddered, after she pulled away, she heard Marx's whispered statement. "Ah how interesting." she said, back as she took notice that Marx was leaning in and kissed her, Kim automatically kissed back, and slightly enjoyed the whole nibbling thing Marx was doing to her next. Then Marx's blood lust, hit her and she shook her head, "You want my blood." she said, after she heard Marx's comment then she added, "i think you do know what it means, you just don't want to tell me." she teased, leaned down and nibbled her ear while she ran a hand through Marx's hair while holding herself up with the other one. Then let Marx push her up and felt her make circles than almost gasped when she felt her make lip to skin contact. It certainly has been awhile since she let someone touch her while sober. She kissed back when she felt Marx kiss her, she was trying to ignore the other feelings besides the lust, that was the one feeling she knew very well. She heard Marx's whisper, and she smirked, "Yeah.. a little bit." she leaned over and kissed and nibbled her neck. Then before she knew it, she heard the word, Love. She almost froze, she hated that emotion but why was she feeling it for this woman that she just met. She sighed, "Are you sure?" she whispered, trying to get the idea off of love. Lust, could be it, right? please? no more heartbreaks from villian vampires.

Valentine let out a condescending chuckle. “Andy, do you really think they're that dumb? I mean sure they're nothing more than dogs, but you kick a mutt enough and eventually the dumb beast learns to fear you, and heck we've kicked at those damn abominations for years now.” He said flicking his cigarette ash onto the floor and kicking himself back a bit to remove his feet from the table and sit in a more business like position. “Though I haven't been to a descent shindig for a while so a ball and a slaughter, well now there's an idea. Just saying I don't think they're gonna be so trusting.” Val said shrugging, he didn't want to play nice, he wanted to be covered in blood ripping throats out with his bare hands. Now that was the plan he wanted to hear, slaughtering every last one of those beasts, well that or putting them back in chains or cages were they belonged.
Giovanni simply shrugged. “Your the boss, I can play nice if that's the plan.” He said not really caring either way, though he liked that he didn't have to fight with the wolves, Gio wasn't much of a fighter anyhow. Actually he'd probably be perfect for this new plan, he'd never fought with the wolves, never killed a wolf before and since they had no way to know Andrew hired him then there's no reason for them to not trust him. Then again, being a liar never sat well with him, making friends just to betray them in the end seemed worse than just a normal attack.

Shadow laughed at her response to him referring to Luna as the good twin. “Well if I've learned anything from my time watching daytime television, you can't both be the good twin.” He said shrugging. He knew she was worried about Luna, and he could understand that, he used to have siblings. He had noticed Luna seemed a bit off in the nights leading up to her random trip to Germany, but he'd figured it was that weird. Having evil grandparents that were constantly trying to kill you all the time could get to anyone. Actually he wondered what the heck she'd been doing in Germany, it wasn't really time for Octoberfest or anything. He wondered if they had an allied pack over there or something. From what he'd heard she hadn't exactly told anyone what she was up to in Germany, maybe she just wanted a vacation. He tried to split his focus between Starr and keeping himself aware of the environment, making sure that no one, mainly a vampire, was going to get the drop on him. Every now and then he'd glance at the trouble making ferret to make sure he wasn't making more of a nuisance out of himself than normal.
Robin Hood continued to hop after the cat, as well as the two humans until something suddenly caught his attention. The cat's tail, it was moving, calling him for an attack, and suddenly a game popped into his head. He crouched low to the ground he studied the movements of both the cat and it's tail. He quickly planned his attack before the cat could catch on to his plan, and at just the right second he darted forward, sprinting as fast as his tiny legs would move and tackled the tail, rolling away after he hit the ground. He had successfully tagged the cat, now cat was it, so Robin hopped back up and darted ahead of the cat squeaking with victory. He hoped that the cat would understand the game, after all not all animals were as smart as ferrets. Like birds, man were they ever dumb, hopefully this one was smarter than a bird.
Shadow glanced back at Starr when she mentioned fighting with Derek. He faked a look of shock, “You? A heated argument, why I'm shocked, really shocked. You know I think I'll have to pass on tying up your uncle and locking him in a room, I preferring being on his good side.” He joked, though the last part was certainly true, the last thing he wanted was too get on Derek's bad side or any one else in the pack. He always tried to keep himself far away from any drama that ever went on in the pack. “You know I could go in first, look around and see if your Uncle's there and if not we could go someone else.” He suggested.

Hayden shrugged. “I'm not really sure, I mean things have been strangely quiet around here for days, no attacks, no signs of there activity anywhere near out territory, and I haven't heard anything about what there up to either. I swear it's driving me crazy, I know he's up to something, my father isn't the type to give up, he's too obsessive and I know something new's coming I just wish I knew what it was.” He said looking around. Maybe that was the new plan, drive Hayden crazy or crazier as the case might just be. He glanced at Kelsey, he was probably boring her, he seriously doubted she wanted to spend the night obsessing over what Andrew's next move would be.
“You know I have feeling things might be quiet for awhile, and I've been told I should lighten up a bit and have some fun so what do you think you wanna have some fun?” He asked figuring if she was willing to wander around the territory with him maybe they could something to take his mind off his fathers deviant plans for a while. Plus Luna was supposed to be back tonight, so if he was someplace where people go to have fun maybe he'd run into Luna, make sure she was keeping herself out of trouble.
Stark smiled. “Yeah she is most certainly an alien, or possessed by an alien brain slug, that's possible.” He joked as he rolled over, setting her on the opposite side of the bed before rolling back over and getting out of the bed. Not that he wanted to move, he could lay there all day but there were things he had to do. “You can sleep if you want but I'm getting dressed and taking a shower.” He said, grabbing some clothes from the clean pile on the floor and heading to the bathroom. He was not gone for long, he returned wearing a pair of jeans and green t-shirt, he had spent a bit of extra time playing with his hair, it was sort of a special occasion and all.
“So I was thinking since your finally back, I think we should celebrate.” Stark said as he searched his room for his leather jacket. “I was think we should throw a party for you, what do you think?” He asked Luna grinning, it been a while since there was anything fun to do and since the vampire attacks had quieted down some, now seemed like the perfect time to do something fun.

Luna smiled back, "Oh dear, one of these days your gonna say something like that and she's gonna hear you and not talk to you again." she teased, of course that was a lie. She did notice that Jessica had a thing for the same people she was in love with. She let out a sigh, when he moved her on the opposite side of the bed so he can get up, kill joy. She heard his permission to go to sleep while he takes a shower, like she needed his permission. While he was gone, she dozed off a bit but woke back up when she heard his footsteps, "Well someone cleans up nice." she teased him, and smirked.
She heard the one comment that sent her to a million thoughts on how to celebrate, "Oh hell yeah, but as you know, they're might be a party already going to happen cause i'm the partying queen." she said, jokingly then she heard him he's next comment, "Awh, for me? awh, that's so sweet. I think you should, that'd be amazing." she said, getting up and giving him a hug, standing on her tippy toes so she could attempt to be taller so she could wrap her arms around his shoulders, life sucks when your short. "So i'm guessing, your dying to party considering the fact that i'm the life of the party." she said, matter-of-factly. Of course, for all she knew he could have slept with someone while she was gone, or Jade.. or what if they didn't like her back? what if they found someone they liked.. what if she'd be alone for ever, she was having a mini spazz attack. Then she started to getting a feeling that something was going to happen, today.

Starr snorted. "So I must be the evil twin that's planning on tying my sister up in a closet and acting like her," she said dryly and shook her head. "Too bad real life isn't quite as simple as your soap operas, Shadow," she teased. Starr cleared her throat and looked away, suddenly feeling guilty for talking about Luna so much when she remembered Shadow had once had siblings of his own. She didn't know a lot about that, Shadow had always been vague with his answers. But she knew the basics that he'd lost his siblings awhile ago. Starr couldn't imagine that happening with Luna. What had happened with her mother was bad enough. Starr frowned, no. No, she wouldn't let her thoughts wander into that dangerous territory right now.
Malaki's eyes went wide when something suddenly tackled his tail. He spun around, hissing at first until he realized that it was the ferret that had tackled him. The hiss disappeared as Malaki's eyes narrowed and he watched the ferret take off running away from him. Malaki was very smart, though it took him a moment to realize what the ferret was doing. When it finally began to dawn on him that the ferret had decided to play tag with him, Malaki's ears pinned back. He'd been lazy with Starr's practicing, but that was because that was boring, work. This was playing a game with a ferret. . . and Malaki did like playing games. Malaki then realized that the ferret had a head start on him and suddenly shot off, running as fast as his four little paws would carry him. When Malaki manged to catch up to the ferret, he jumped, and managed to land in front of the ferret. Malaki spun, facing Robin Hood with narrowed eyes for a second. Then he suddenly shot his paw out and poked the ferret, meowed, then spun around and took off running quickly after making the ferret 'it' before the ferret could tag him again. Or at least for that moment, anyway.
Starr chuckled and playfully shoved Shadow. "Wuss," she teased, shaking her head. "I can't believe that Wolverine is afraid of my uncle," she teased. Starr shoved her hands in the front pockets and shrugged her shoulders. "Nah, that's alright. I'm not going to hide from him. I'll just put him in a headlock if he's there. Of course, I'll probably have to pay Toby for the damages," she mused, chuckling a little. Once her and Derek had gotten into a fight that had turned into a wrestling match and ended with a broken pool table, dozen or so broken chairs, one broken window and a ticked off Hayden who had just barely dodged a flying fire place poker.
Starr stopped walking and tilted her head back towards the sky when she heard birds flying. At this time of night? Sure enough there was about three or four birds flying off from one of the trees. Starr raised an eyebrow slightly, something must have scared them out of the tree. A cat, maybe? Starr frowned, no, cats usually didn't hang around there with so many wolves. Malaki was the only cat she could remember ever seeing there, and he wasn't a normal cat at that. Starr sighed, it could have been something totally harmless. But then again. . . anything was possible there with Andrew and Ariel always sending people after them. "Actually," Starr said, noticing that Toby's bar was in her sight now, looking back to Shadow. "That's a good idea. How about you go check it out and see if Derek's there, and I'll catch up in a minute?" she suggested. It was a subtle way to get rid of Shadow for a moment so she could check out what had scared the birds off, in case it was a vampire. Starr gave Shadow a - what she hoped was an innocent looking and not guilty- smile to try to keep him from catching on to what she was up to.

Kelsey kept her smile in place when Hayden began talking about his father, though it was a struggle to keep from frowning at the mention of Andrew. Even though Andrew wasn't after her directly, she hated the man, him and Ariel, because of what they'd done to the pack, to the twins and Hayden. Even Rose, Kelsey and Rose hadn't been friends, but she'd been sad about what had happened to her, and what it had done to Hayden because of that. "Maybe your father is retreating for a bit. Maybe he's finally learned that the pack is stronger then he originally thought," she said, choosing her words carefully.
When Hayden said that he'd been told he needed to lighten up and have some fun, Kelsey let out a soft chuckle. "That sounds like something Luna and Starr would say," she said, shaking her head slightly. Kelsey let her smile grow a little more and nodded her head. "That sounds perfect, I could go for a little fun as well," she agreed. She chewed on the inside of her cheek for a moment, trying to think of where they could go. Kelsey wanted to be careful about where she suggested they go, since it was a miracle in itself that Hayden was even willing to go, she didn't want to frighten him off. "How about we start walking while we try to figure out where to go?" she suggested. She made sure to keep her eyes on the ground and watch where she was going so she didn't trip over her own feet. Again. "I heard that Luna was suppose to come back tonight," Kelsey said, glancing up from the ground at Hayden. "Have you seen her yet? I bet you're probably wanting to check in with her if you haven't," she guessed. Kelsey looked ahead and chewed on the inside of her cheek, still trying to figure out where to suggest they go, somewhere fun that would keep Hayden from obsessing over what his father was up to.
