Val sighed as Lexi gave him a look, he knew he was about to get it, she always took advice from him the wrong way. He said nothing as she chewed him out, apparently the fact that he was a 300 year old vampire, with plenty of fighting experience didn't matter and he was still unqualified to give friendly advice. She did make a good point on the last one though, new slayer might try and stake him. On the up side Lexi and he were now going to find the awol slayer for Grimm and with a lot less arguing than he thought. Then she grabbed his arm and pulled him outside. “Why don't you just buy me a leash so that one of these days you don't accidentally pull my arm off.” He suggested with his dry sarcasm. He was about to remind her that he did have feet that worked when he heard the last thing he thought he was going to hear, she apologized.
“Wait was that an apology? Damn where is my video camera when I need it.” He said shaking his head.”There is obviously some seriously bad magic in this town, making everybody act crazy.” He said with a perfect poker face as he tried to lighten the mood just a little. Though with his luck today he was probably going to end up getting smacked it the head. Truthfully he didn't mind that she occasionally flipped on him, he liked that she spoke her mind no matter what was on it. He didn't say that though, because officially they were not dating just working together so he was trying to keep professional.
They were at the graveyard, and Lexi knew slayer minds better than he did, so chances are she'd be right and the new slayer would show up eventually. He glanced at the fence and grinned he walked back a few feet and got a running start and easily jumped over the fence, to bad it had rained not too long ago and the grass was still damp, so when he landed his feet slipped out from under him and he hit the ground with his head and back. He immediately jumped back up, well that was what he got for being a show off, today really hadn't been his day. “I think I will wander around a bit, see if there's any signs of vampire activity.” He said hoping to sneak off before she could say anything.
He didn't have to go far to find some vampire activity, there was a fresh and empty grave. “Look's like someone's already risen.” He said only slightly interested, he could handle a new vampire and so could she with no problem at all. He was sure even the new slayer could handle a newborn even without training. He bent down and studied the dirt, rubbing it between his fingers and thinking. “It couldn't have been more than a half hour ago either, I'm guessing there still here.”

Spike grinned. “We can steal a dunk tank from a fair, have a priest bless the water, eat the priest then throw rocks at it till he falls in.” He suggested, as she pulled him down the street by the hand, he liked that mental image, it cheered him up a bit more. He let go of her hand as she climbed over the gate and the cat stepped between the bars, and he suddenly got a great idea. He grabbed one of the iron bars and gave a good tug until it popped free, making a rather loud noise as it did. He couldn't care less, he'd killed two slayers and between him and Dru they could handle some fresh young slayer. He stepped through the gate and spin the piece of iron between his fingers as he walked. He was more than ready for a good fight. “Dru I think I found the point.” He said grinning as he stopped spinning the piece of Iron and glanced up at the top witch had a nice point to it. He paused for a second and took a deep breath, he definitely smelled prey, and his face changed and his teeth extended, fully ready for a hunt. He watched the cat for a second, he wondered if it hunted people too or if it went after rats and birds and whatever else cats were supposed to eat. He'd never actually seen the thing hunt or eat before, but then again he'd never give much thought to the cat before. “We should make sure to get a gem for the cat too, set it in a collar or something.” He said randomly as the thought jumped into his head. The cat would get awfully moody if they went to the beach during the day and left it locked up.

Logan heard her answer and bit his lip, "Oh that sounds horrible." he didn't want Jinx to get into that. He heard her question, "Sure, we can go ahead and go or go tell Grimm that she bailed." then added, "Or just go to the graveyard and wait for everyone. I don't feel like hearing them get all aggravated cause Cici didn't show up."
Cici playfully rolled her eyes, "Oh? how much do you know?" she questioned, curiously. She was walking and trying to make sure she didn't trip on anything cause that would be very embrassing. Then she glanced over when she heard his challenge, she bit her lip, might as well. "Challenge accepted. Beat me and I'll bite." she warned, and took off running towards the gate.
OCC: There's short, I lost my train of thought.

While Dru was waiting on Spike, she conjured up the mental image of Spike's idea, the dunk tank and dropping Rattlesnake into it. That was probably the best idea Dru had heard to date. And that would be quite entertaining, seeing Rattlesnake wither around in a tank of holy water.
She had to pull herself out of that lovely little picture though when she heard a loud noise, which made her cringe a little, but she did chuckle at his comment. "I believe that you did," she said, looking up at the point on the iron, "it's a nice new toy though," she murmured before tilting her head to the side, her nose twitching. She smiled when she realized that there was defiantly someone close by. A few someones, actually, if she was correct. Which was why Dru let her face shift and her fangs appear.
She blinked at Spike for a second when he mentioned getting a gem for Malaki as well. "That's a good idea, I do believe that Malaki may get a little pissed if he was left out of the fun and had to stay in the house while we went out. If you remember, he got pretty pissed that time we left him home to go hunting." Actually that was an understatement, Malaki had gotten so pissed over it he'd hiss at both of them anytime they'd go near him for a full week.
Dru tilted her head again, smiling. "Come on, I have an idea," she said, already turning and walking quickly across the graveyard. Following her nose, Dru reached the front gate within just a moment. As she got closer, she saw a young girl that she recognized as being Cinnamon from the picture, running towards the gate with a boy. Dru moved quickly, being a vampire she reached the gate before Cinnamon and the boy did. In one quick movement, Dru grabbed the lock on the gate and gave it a hard twist, breaking it. Then just as quickly, Dru opened the gate just as Cinnamon got to it, grabbed the girl's arm and pulled her full into the graveyard. Then she let go and gave her a shove a few feet away from her.
"Well, this was easy, wasn't it?" she said, glancing over to Spike. Then she gave a cold smile to Cinnamon. "Just the girl we were wanting to see," she said in a sickeningly polite voice, "thank you for making it so easy to find you. We're on a bit of a tight schedule, you see," she added. Dru then glanced quickly at the boy with Cinnamon and chuckled. "Well look there, Spike, I didn't know it was a two for one special tonight," she added. "You know. . ." she looked back to Cinnamon and ran her tongue over her fangs. "Rainer only wants the girl, so we could drain the boy and still get our reward," she suggested.

Xandra sighed when Val took a running start at the fence "Oh, this is going to go well," she said sarcastically. Val cleared the fence, well at least he hadn't impaled himself on it, but as soon as he hit the grass his feet slide out from under him and he landed on the ground on his back.
"Impressive," Xandra said, sarcasm dripping heavily in her voice as she mock clapped her hands, "you didn't kill yourself trying to be a show off. Score one for you," she said, giving him a thumbs up, then rolled her eyes. Men, she thought, sighing again. Vampires and slayers; she understood. Men; not so much.
Val went on to say that he would wander around for any kind of signs of vamps and hurried off. Xandra rolled her eyes but let him wander off on his own, intending to the do the same herself. She hadn't walked very far when she heard Val say that it looked like a vampire had already risen, and he thought they were still there.
"Well at least I haven't missed the fun, yet," she said dryly. "Of course, I'm not the one that's suppose to be working this cemetery," she added. The newbie was suppose to be the one making the rounds here, which annoyed Xandra to no end that the girl wasn't taking her responsibility seriously. Not only was the girl going to get herself killed for it, but she might get those around her killed as well.
A loud noise across the graveyard caught Xandra's attention. "What now?" she mumbled, glancing over at Val to see if he'd heard it as well. It could have been the newborn vampire, but her instinct was telling her that it wasn't. Sighing, Xandra picked her pace up and headed in that direction. Within a moment or two, Xandra reached the front of the graveyard, where she found four people standing. As she got closer, she saw that two of the people were Spike and Drusilla. "Shit." That was all she needed. A childish new slayer who happened to be the Chosen one, and Spike and Drusilla, who had found Cinnamon first.
As soon as Xandra got close enough, she pulled one of her stakes out and threw it, purposely letting it miss what should have been her target and it slammed into a tree just inches in front of Spike's head.
"Well, if it isn't the vampire version of Boris and Natasha," she said sarcastically. Vaguely she wondered if they'd even get her reference to the villains on Rocky and Bullwinkle. Did vampires even watch TV? Xandra nearly rolled her eyes at herself, now was not the time to wonder about what vampires' pastimes were other then drinking blood.

Jinx sighed, pursing her lips for a moment as she tried to decide what to do. "Grimm probably already knows she bailed," she began, "I think we should go to the graveyard and try to keep an eye on things there," she said, already turning to head in that direction.
Jinx didn't really like the idea of killing vampires, she wasn't a slayer and wasn't suppose to, but someone had to if Cici wasn't going. Jinx could handle one vampire at a time, especially if it was a newborn, though. And she did have her potions with her, surely that would come in handy. As long as she remembered to pack the right ones, anyway.
When they reached the graveyard, Jinx frowned, looking up at the fence before she finally sighed and grabbed ahold of the bars, pulling herself up and over it. When she reached the top, she swung her legs over it, and had planned on climbing down, but she lost her balance and fell. She landing on the wet grass with an 'oomph' sound. "Great, that grass stain is never going to come out of my jeans," she said, sighing as she stood up and wiped the dirt off her hands onto her jeans as well. They were already ruined, it wasn't like it was going to hurt anything, after all.
Jinx looked back to Logan to wait on him to get over the fence as well. "Where do you think we should start?" she asked. For some reason, she lowered her voice, though she wasn't sure why when she thought about it.

Spike grinned as he and Dru stumbled upon the girl. “You know I don't think Rainer would mind terribly if we had a small bite, maybe break a few bones, it'd make her easier to drag back.” He said with a vicious grin. “I say we kill the boy slowly and make her watch.” He added before hearing a voice behind him. He spun around as a stake nearly missed his head and groaned when he recognized her. “Doesn't make you either a moronic squirrel or half witted moose?” He asked as he pulled the stake out of the tree. “Maybe if spent less time watching outdated cartoons and more time training you'd know where this was supposed to go.” He added. “And speaking of half wits.” He said as he caught sight of Valentine.
Ryder chased after Cici, but the girl was a lot faster than he'd expected. Then before he even reached the gate someone had grabbed her and pulled her into the graveyard. He spotted two that were obviously vampires, a cat, and another female who appeared to be fighting the vampires as well, seeing as how she threw a stake at one. He muttered a few words in an ancient language and conjured up a fireball that hovered about an inch above his hand and he quickly threw it at the blonde male who seemed to be distracted, and ignited the vampires arm. He sprinted forward and kept himself between the vampire and Cici. “I'd say your a bit out numbered here, maybe you should leave.” He said as he pulled a vial of orange liquid from his pocket and held it up. “Because trust me you do not want to find out what this does.” He threatened, though he was bluffing, it was basically a magical smoke bomb, but she wouldn't know that and it could at the very least distract the vampires long enough for him to get Cici away from them.
Valentine glanced around almost worried. Spike and Dru had found the young slayer first, who had also brought a boy with her. Well correction a wizard, as the boy had just thrown a fireball at Spike. He glanced at Xandra. “Got a plan?” He whispered, grinning slightly when Spike's arm ignited from the wizards spell.
Spike immediately fell to the ground, dropping the iron rod when he did and worked on putting his arm out. “You're gonna fucking pay for that kid.” He snarled as he rolled in the grass, wiggling out of his leather duster which was obviously ruined now, and that only pissed him off more. He was gonna rip that damn kids head off the second he got the chance.
Valentine rushed forward diving for the metal pike spike had dropped and just as the vampire, who had finally put out the fire, jumped back up, he swung the piece of metal at him. Spike ducked back down and just barley avoided the hit. He rolled to the side keeping out of range from the metal pole and grabbing the stake he'd dropped when his arm had caught fire. He quickly threw it at Val and hit stabbed him threw the shoulder of the arm that held the weapon. Valentine dropped the metal pole and pulled the stake out, just in time to be tackled by Spike. Val's face changed and he snarled at Spike.
“I'm shocked hasn't your slayer defanged you yet?” Spike taunted as Val threw him off and they both hopped back to there feet, circling each other. Spike kept his eyes on the stake Val held. “Or does she let you keep them so you don't realize your nothing more than her bitch.” He added.
Val didn't respond to Spike's taunts, he knew the other vampire was trying to throw him off. He and Spike glanced down at the metal pole, then back at each other. Val knew if Spike went for the pole he could probably stake him and Spike knew it too, which is why he hadn't gone for the weapon. All Spike could do was try taunt Val into making a mistake, and he wasn't going to fall for that one.

Cici noticed that she was way faster than Ryder. She was just about to turn around and taught him about it when she was yanked in the grave yard. She was stund and didn’t have that much longer to react when more people showed up. “Nice to know I’m wanted.” She rolled her eyes, sarcasm on her voice. She noticed Ryder throwing a fire ball at one of the bad guys and tilted her head, so apparently she could say that she was a slayer. Well she was suppose to be the slayer but didn’t want to be. She refused..but now, she kinda wish she did. At least, she would have more coinfidence in her living and everything. She listened and watched her surroundings and was kind of frozen. She just wanted to run away fast, she did learn that. When you apsolutly thought you was going to die and can’t make it, run away fast…or did she make that up?

Logan ran a hand through his hair, “Well that’s true.” And he let out a breath, “Might as well. They’re probably headed that way anyway.” He noticed when they got to there, the fence was pretty high. He watched Jinx fall over the gates and climbed over it and dropped down on his feet. He shrugged, “Just buy new jeans.” He took her hand and helped her up. He shrugged, “I have no idea…” he trailed.

Jinx rolled her eyes at Logan. "Gee, you're a big help," she grumbled. Tilting her head to the side, Jinx frowned. "Do you hear that?" she asked, "sounds like a fight or something," she said. With that Jinx didn't bother to wait around and took off running towards the fight.
Xandra shrugged when Val asked if she hold a plan. "Of course. Don't get ourselves killed and keep the girl and Wizard boy from getting themselves killed as well," she whispered back. Alright that was obvious and not exactly a plan, but it was all Xandra had the moment. Then again, Xandra had never really been one for plans, she preferred to just wing it and see what happened. "Alright, who ordered the toasted vampire?" she smirked. She had to wizard boy credit, that was a good one.
Dru smiled at Spike's suggestion. "I don't believe he would. . . he didn't say we couldn't snack on her, just not to kill her," Dru murmured. Loophole, Rainer couldn't really get angry over that. . . well, he could, but as long as he got the girl, alive, what did it matter? The fireball caught Dru off guard for a moment, which was why Ryder was able to get between her and the girl so easily. She watched for a second, to make sure that Spike got the flame put out, which he did, then looked back to Ryder just as he started talking. "Ooh, I'm shaking," Dru said, tilting her head at him. "Foolish little boy, aren't you?" she asked, giving a sinister smile. "Spike really loved that jacket, he's definitely going to make you pay for that. In blood of course, not money." Dru then looked at the orange vial he had in his hand. "See, I think you're buffing," she said, "you didn't waste any time in throwing the fireball at Spike, so if that vial of yours were truly something dangerous, you'd have already used it on me. And really, silly boy, if you think I'm going to be scared of orange goo, you must be the stupidest wizard I've ever met," Dru said. With that, Dru lunged at Ryder, but before she could actually tackle him, someone grabbed her hair and yanked it hard, stopping her just inches from reaching Ryder.
"It still amazes me that Spike hasn't put you on a leash, yet, Drusilla," Xandra said, yanking the brunette vampire by her hair when she was just barely an inch away from wizard boy. "Have you at least had your rabies shot?" she asked in mock interest. Dru threw her hand up, her nails slashing across Xandra's face and making the slayer lose her grip on Dru. Dru then quickly lunged and tackled Xandra onto the ground. Xandra let out an 'oomph' sound followed by a string of cuss words as she fought with Dru for a moment, grabbing ahold of the vampire's throat and holding her back far enough to keep from being bit.
Xandra grabbed ahold of a stake in her belt and stabbed it into Dru's side. Dru hissed, and as she reached to grab the stake it was enough of an opening for Xandra to shove Dru off of her and scramble to her feet. Dru did the same, yanking the stake out of her side at the same time and threw it at Xandra, who ducked out of the way and the stake hit the fence and fell to the ground.
Xandra glanced at the newbie and rolled her eyes. God the girl was frozen. "Oh for God's sake," she grumbled under her breath. This was the Chosen One? The girl was freezing up on her at the first sign of vampires. Which annoyed Xandra to no end. Wizard boy handled it better.
Then again, there was that flash in the back of Xandra's memory; when Xandra had first became a Slayer. That horrible night that Xandra had first seen vampires outside of a movie screen. She'd looked a lot like Cinnamon had. Of course, then agian she'd only been 12 at the time.
Sighing, Xandra decided she'd deal with the girl later and looked at Ryder. "Hey, wizard boy. Get your ass and your girlfriend out of here," she snapped quickly. "Take her to Grimm's," she added. She didn't know if he knew who Grimm was or not, but Cici knew and that was all that mattered. She figured that Grimm could keep an eye on Cici until she got there, then she could rip her out for not being better prepared.
Unfortunately for Xandra, she'd took her eyes of Dru for a second too long- a mistake Xandra usually didn't make and would kick herself for- and Dru tackled her again. This time when Xandra hit the ground her head slammed against a flat concrete headstone. The blow didn't knock her out but it did make her -literally- see stars.
Dru jumped up off of Xandra though and quickly ran over directly behind Valentine, hitting him from behind and grabbing his arm and twisting it to try to make him drop the stake and give Spike time to grab the pole. Granted Spike probably didn't need her help, but Dru figured she might as well give him a hand.
Xandra let out a quiet groan as she sat up, rubbing the back of her and pulling it back with slightly red sticky fingers. "Oh she's going to pay for that one," she grumbled, climbing to her feet, which would have been a little easier if the ground would stop moving. Or at least it felt like it was to her. Xandra grabbed her stake from the ground and ran over behind Dru as she was twisting Val's arm and pulled Dru off of Val. In the same move, Xandra wrapped one arm around Dru's neck and positioned the stake over her chest.
"Actually, I do remember where this is suppose to go, directly in the heart, right? Pity for your little girlfriend, though, that my memory suddenly came back on it," she said sarcastically.
But, before Xandra could stake Dru, there was a hiss followed by a sharp pain up Xandra's right leg that made her loosen her grip on Dru and look down to find the cat, biting her ankle.
"Son of a. . ." was all she got out before Dru hit her in the stomach, hard enough to make Xandra lose her footing and land on her butt. Then Dru quickly grabbed the cat and put some distance between herself and Xandra. Glaring at both Xandra and Val, then looking back to the new girl and fire boy. Silently trying to calculate her and Spike's chances.
Cinnamon and Ryder they could handle. Xandra and Val were on equal ground with them. Cinnamon wasn't being any help but fire boy could be a problem. Dru didn't want to admit that they were outnumbered, or that their chances of winning were looking slim, but Dru wasn't stupid either. She had learned a long time ago to pick your battles. Which was why, while she was still glaring at Xandra and Val, she walked a little closer to Spike. She doubted that he'd be willing to just up and leave without a little push from her.
"As fun as this evening has been," Dru started, "it's getting a bit close to sunrise, isn't it?" she pointed out. Sunrise was about an hour away, but she knew a fight could last that long, and that was one thing both sides in common. Well, at least as far as Valentine went, anyway.
About that time, Jinx reached the group. She quickly scanned the group, frowning. "What the hell is going on?" she asked, looking to Cici.
Dru sighed. "Great, another one," she grumbled under her breath, eying the witch and werewolf carefully then turned to look at Spike. "Let's finish this another night, Spike. When there's not quite such a crowd," she said, lowering her voice. Besides the fact that they were outnumbered, Dru had another reason for wanting to end the fight; she was starting to get that odd feeling that she always got moments before she got a premonition. It was rare to get one during a fight, but when she did it always put her in a bad spot because she couldn't fight during one.

Ryder shrugged. “Oh yeah I'm scared, you gonna taught me to death or what?” He said tightening his grip on the vial as he jumped back from her, though he wouldn't have need to as the other girl had grabbed the vampire by the hair. He slipped the vial back into his pocket and nodded as she told him to run and take, we'll he assumed she meant Cici, to Grimm's. This was sort of strange, the other girl seemed to have no problem fighting a vampire, and also didn't seemed surprised that there were vampires, plus she called him Wizard boy, which meant she obviously wasn't surprised by him either. He hadn't really met another vampire hunter before, and what was really strange was the guy she was with was a vampire too and seemed to be fighting his own kind, it seemed really strange. He grabbed Cici by the hand, obviously the other girl and her vampire friend could handle the situation, and not that he usually ran from a fight but it was better to make sure his new friend got out of here okay. “Come on.” He said as he pulled her forward hoping to snap her out of shock. “Where's Grimm's” He asked.

Valentine almost caught an opening when someone grabbed him and twisted his arm around causing him to drop the stake. “God dammit.” He hissed as he twisted himself around so his arm wouldn't end up broken. He pain was shooting through his arm, which was the same one Spike had thrown a stake into. Xandra pulled Dru off him but before he could even move Spike had the metal pole and smacked Val across the shoulder and then hitting him in the side of the head. Val grabbed the pole just after it collided with his head and ripped it out of Spike's hand, then used it to smack the vampire's legs out from under him. He glanced over at Xandra when he heard a hiss. “Watch out for the cat.” He said a few seconds too late.
Spike jumped back up to his feet and put some distance between him and Val. He was slightly jealous of the cat who had just gotten a mouthful of slayer blood. He wanted Val and Xandra both dead, they were always getting in his way. He glanced at Dru who was bleeding and lost just a bit more focus on the fight. Then she mentioned it was close to sunrise, not too close, but they still hadn't eaten yet, another annoyance caused by Xandra and her pet vampire. “Oh we'll finish this soon enough.” He said keeping his eyes on the Xandra and Val. He took a few steps closer to Dru. “We could always order a pizza, then eat the delivery kid.” He whispered into her ear, fresh blood would help speed up there vampire healing. He took a second to grab his mangled coat and began walking away slowly.

Logan just smiled at Jinx, "You know i'm here just for support." he let out a chuckle. He tilted his head about the same time Jinx did when she ask if she heard him, "Yeah, I hear it." he barely got out before he noticed she took off running. Cinnamon was still slightly frozen when some fighting happened. And her muscles tensed when she heard Xandra called her girl, yeah she could already tell that she was suppose to be acting like her. And this is why she believed that this wasn't suppose to be her and that they had the wrong person. She would say anything because she just didn't want to fight, she just wanted to have fun. She involventary started headed for the stack in her boot when she stopped cause she noticed the plan was for wizard boy to take her to Grimms. She felt Ryder's hand and held it and snapped out of her trace when she heard his voice. She bit his lip, trying to find a way around the bad guys, "This way." she pulled his arm. Before she took another step she glanced over at Jinx, and shrugged, "They won't me?" she guessed. She climbed over the fense at the other end of the cemetary and waited for him to climb over. She thought, Why the fuck do they want me?
Logan shifted his weight, "What the hell is going on?"

Xandra watched as Wizard boy took off with the new girl, and Spike and Drusilla left, with the cat. Sighing, Xandra pulled her jean pant leg up and looked at the bite from the damn cat. "You know, usually I like animals, but I may be willing to stake that one," she grumbled. Xandra dropped her jean leg and climbed to her feet. Hearing foorsteps she rolled her eyes. "What now?" she grumbled. Turning around though it was just a single vampire. Probably the newborn that Val had found the empty grave of. "Oh right, forgot about that," she muttered to herself, pulling a stake out of her belt and throwing it. The newborn vamp wasn't smart enough to duck and the stake hit the target and the vamp turned into ash. "One less, anyway," she said. Though she would have rather done that to Spike and Drusilla.
She walked over to stop in front of Val. She crossed her arms over her chest and did a once over, pausing for a second on his shoulder. Well it would heal soon enough, him being a vamp and all, but it probably hurt like hell.
"You alright?" she asked, "not going to suddenly turn into ash on me?" she added. "Because that would be very inconvenient," she added in her usual dry tone. "And you might want to fix your face. You got a little something. . . fangy on your teeth," she added. The last thing they needed was for him to spook the locals by flashing his fangs.
Xandra sighed. "Come on. Before we go meet up with wizard boy and the new girl I want to stop by my motel room first," she said. Plus she figured it would give Cinnamon and wizard boy time to not only get to Grimm's but to also maybe give Cinnamon time to get over her shock so Xandra didn't end up smacking her. And. . . she wanted to talk to Valentine for a moment. Provided she didn't talk herself out of it first.
Xandra paused before turning to walk off, rolling her eyes at herself as she had a silent argument in her head over something. After a second she made her mind up and reached over and grabbed Val's hand to pull him with her, but then changed her mind about that and instead of pulling him she slowed her pace down to match his. "If you make one single smart ass remark; I will break your hand," she warned halfheartedly without looking over at him. Why she decided to do that. . . well, Xandra wasn't quite ready to admit, yet.
When they reached the motel, Xandra unlocked the door, then sighed. "And yeah, yeah, come on in," she grumbled, remembering the whole 'needing an invitation thing'. That was probably really a pain in the ass sometimes, she imagined.
She walked over to her bag and unzipped it, grabbing out a few things before zipping it up and tossed a towel and bottle of water to Val. "Here, it's for your shoulder. That starting to heal?" she asked. Xandra tossed her bag back into the chair and disappeared into the bathroom for a moment, kicking the door shut with her foot.
When she came back out a few minutes later she'd changed into a different t-shirt that didn't have grass stains on it and washed the now dried blood out of her hair.
"Did you see the way that Cinnamon froze up?" she asked over her shoulder, tossing the ruined t-shirt into her duffel bag. "Grimm wasn't lying when he said that she didn't have any experience. I do have to give Wizard boy credit though, he handled it pretty well. Took some guts to hit Spike with that fireball, and he actually tried to stand up to Dru. I don't think even Spike's that's brave with as nuts as she is. Then again, he probably didn't know who he was messing with" She zipped the bag up and turned around to face Val.
She paused for a moment, chewing on the inside of her cheek. "You know, I want to go over to Grimm's and chew her out right now. That had she taken it more seriously and trained she wouldn't have been caught off guard. Her and wizard boy would have been in serious trouble had we not been there. They never would have handled Spike and Drusilla. But-" Xandra sighed, shrugging. "-she reminded me a lot of me when I was starting out. First time I ever saw a vamp off the movie screen." Xandra's eyes darkened a little at the memory then she quickly blinked and looked back to Valentine. Remembering that she'd never told him about that and moved on.
"I kind of wish I could let the girl off the hook. Tell her to go live a normal life and not drag her into this hell hole. But, that's not up to me. If I did that, it would just be giving her a death sentence. An untrained slayer never leaves to see their 20th birthday. Her being the Chosen One she'll never make it to her next birthday," she grumbled. Then again, dragging her into that world was probably a death sentence anyway, she added silently, but at least she'd have more of a fighting chance.
"Damn, I'm going soft. Wanting to look out for a kid I don't even know. If you tell anyone that, I'll kick your ass," she warned out of habit. Sighing, Xandra remembered something she hadn't asked yet. "Do you have a place to crash tonight er- today? We'll have time to go talk to Cinnamon, wizard boy and Grimm, but after that you'll going to have someplace to go before the sun hits." Xandra shrugged. "If you don't, you can just crash here," she offered.

Dru waited until they were out of the graveyard, and Valentine and Xandra were out of sight, then she let Malaki hop down to walk on his own. "Pizza delivery kid. That would work. Not as good as slayer blood, but I'm rather hungry after fighting so I'm not feeling too picky. Besides-" Dru frowned, glancing down at her side "-I could use a snack to help that heal faster. Damn slayer, ruined my dress," she grumbled.
Which reminded her, she glanced over at Spike's scorched coat. "That might be fixable. Maybe a witch or warlock could fix it, if we remember to make them do it before eating them, of course," she said.
Dru sighed and stopped walking for a moment, closing her eyes when the premonition she'd felt coming on a moment ago finally hit. It only lasted for a couple of minutes in real life, but always felt like it dragged out longer to her.
The scene was a bit hazy, which was unusual for her. Usually they were much more clear-cut, like watching a movie screen. This was was like peeking through a dirty window. The first thing Dru made out about the scene, was it was a fight. A large battle between several people. A few people were out of focus; Dru couldn't make out their faces, but others she could recognize. A few events that happened during the fight were rather surprising though.
"Well, that's interesting," Dru said after the vision ended. She blinked a few times to clear her eyesight and looked back to Spike. "I'll tell you about it in a moment. First, let's find a place to stay before sunrise and order that pizza boy," she suggested.
Sighing, Dru looked up the street, rubbing her temples as a headache started to set in. "Where do you suppose we should stay?" she asked. "Motel? Crypt? Abandoned building?" she trialed off. "Of course it might be difficult getting a pizza boy to deliver to a crypt. . ." she murmured.
