Name: Billie, just Billie. Age: 20, people are really unsure if that's her real age or if she's older. Species: has yet to be determinedPower: she's a natural healer, able to heal anything as long as you have enough blood for her to do so. She's very good, her powers are very ancient-like. She also is able to tap into peoples minds to give them a message, it's like seeing her with everything fuzzy behind her and she'll say something and then disappear. it's quite fascinating. Personality: She can be a very nice, sweet and most induring person. But she can turn into a sarcastic bitch, if you cross her. She's pretty loyal to any form of friends that she makes along the way. She's also pretty flirty when she decides to give someone the chance. And she's pretty determined to help keep this...chosen one alive. Appearance: History: She grew up in a jumbled up family getting constantly hastled about how they lived. She lived underground, and her parents was always casting things on her. Needless to say, it increased her powers but it does overly wear her out faster than stuff. She's very...developed. and she heard rumors and decided if there was really a chosen one, and something bad was going to happen, she might as well go help and be useful. Extra: she carries a staff, it makes her range further and it looks like she has other stuff but i'm lazy

Name: Jacques Moreau Age: 246 Species: Vampire, but he's managed to cling to the majority of his humanity. Powers: Jac's fairly strong as far as vampires go, but he's more of an intellectual than a fighter and there's nothing he hates more than a fair fight. When he feeds from a human he is able to see flashes of there life and get a feel for who there are, he uses this to decide whether he will drain them or only take a little blood and let them live. He can hypnotize most humans and uses it to make them forget that he has bitten them. Personality: Jac tends to be a loner, not by choice though. He has yet to meet another vampire like himself, one who wishes to protect humanity rather than destroy it and there aren't very many humans he can hang around. He's friendly to those he meets and can usually tell a trust worthy person from one who is not. He believes what he does is the right thing, and has an amazing amount of self control for a vampire. There aren't many who can stop themselves from draining a victim dry, but it was a necessary skill for Jac as he cannot stand the taste of animal blood. He can be very impulsive, cocky and self absorbed but he's also very loyal and will risk his own life for anothers without a second thought. He has a weakness for both wine and women, but his biggest weakness is books, Jac is always seeking knowledge about just about anything he can get his hands on. He knows a ton about ancient history, demons, and all the latest hollywood gossip. Appearance: History: Jacques was born in France about two and half centuries ago to a very poor family. He grew up just before the french revolution and fought against the nobles when the Revolution began. He always believed in things like justice and honor. While fighting he was mortally injured and just before he died he was given something to drink. He had been turned by a vampire, a girl he used to know before the Revolution started. She had thought they could feast on the blood of nobles together, and to celebrate while the fighting raged on. Jac found her plans to be disgusting, somehow when he'd been turned he managed to keep most of his humanity. He still craved blood but he rarely killed his victims, and the ones he did kill where, in his mind, evil people. When ever his fangs found there way into the neck of murders, rapist, and anyone whose thoughts seemed evil, people who brought pain into the world rather than kindness, he was sure to drain them dry. Should he find his fangs in the neck of a virtuous person he would only drink a little, then he'd let them go and hypnotize to forgot about him and vampires in general. Extra: That's all folks.

Cici noticed that her comment about Kuro caused the guy to roll her eyes, that’s just.. Rude. So she just planned to ignore him until he learned some manners. The unexpected second earthquake, causing her to almost loose her balance when she felt a strange arm around her and steadied her, she glanced up with a light blush. now that was sweet, she thought, but wasn’t going to plan on admitting that out-loud, just yet. Then she heard him tell her that he was sorry and removed his arm. She kinda felt where the warmth of his skin was now turning really cold. She heard him try to comfort her and walked around him while he was channeling some sort of fireball turning vampires into dust. She pulled out a stake, the only thing she had going for was instincts.. No training for her lack of will to train. If she didn’t at least attempt, there was no way she was going to survive fights like these by herself. Hell, she doubt she’d be that good. Then she took out a throwing wooden needle and chunked it towards the hoard of vampires, then watched it go directly who was suddenly tackled into the ground just in time, that same vampire got stuck in the side by her needle, causing it to laugh and look towards her. She bit her lip, then noticed that Kuro wrapped her legs around his feet causing him to be covered into lava and inturn turn to dust. She rolled her eyes, reminding herself if she’d make it that she will call her a show off. Then she noticed that Kuro gave her a mean look for that almost getting too close for comfort to her heart. Oops. Noticing that almost everyone was fighting, so she took a step forward then sidestep stabbing a vampire in the side pointing towards the heart, it was a lucky shot. This caused the vampire to quickly turn and hit her towards the hoard of vampires. She let out a wince when her head hit the hard ground, her vision blurred but cleared to see the vampire lingering over her. She only had a limit supply of stuff, since she didn’t really plan on doing anything. She figured she would freeze, and that she did but she noticed that the vampire was leaning towards her while scratching down her sides. She could feel blood seeping through, and also noticed the vampire kept the stake there. That’s when she remembered that if her calculations was correct. She only needed to apply a little more pressure, that is her current goal. So when the vampire’s teeth sinked in her skin, she thanked her fiber of her being that this wasn’t like Twilight. It did hurt though, a lot. She lifted her hand and hit it with everything she had and felt the weight lift and replaced with dust. Her first vampire. And she came out with it with her head hurting and some cuts and bruises..but she was alive, the best feeling..ever. She probably made herself look weak but she didn’t care, she was still alive. She felt herself getting pulled up by Kuro, who was there handing her a few more stakes,
“I’ll make sure you don’t die.” she said, before killing a few more vampires.
Cici bit her lip, “okay.” she said, in a shaky voice before bringing her hand to the bite mark and applied a small amount of pressure to it to stop the bleeding. She took a few steps backwards to keep beside Ryder, “So stepping away from someone who’s experience is a bad idea.” she said, biting her bottom lip. Then noticed that a vampire lundged towards them and she sticked out her stake almost flinching and the glanced back towards it, it landing right in it’s eye. She was almost positive that her little act pissed it off.

Kuro would have saved Cinnamon from getting bitten and stuff, but at least, that this wasn’t Twilight or anything like that nonsense, like seriously. She would have killed that bitch from making up such nonsense. But at least, she would have teleported there if she didn’t witness her first dust. Cute and clever, that was for the stunt. Not the girl herself. When she was done talking to Cinnamon, she was almost taken by surprised when her hair was pulled and slammed against the ground. It kinda hurt, but it mostly just pissed her off. Her eyes caught the vampire stupid enough to touch her from behind, “Awh, how cute. Now die.” she said, not even wasting time with fighting just going into a back bend with her right arm extended with a stake dusting him when the tip wedge into it’s heart and whatnot. She had to close her eyes, or it would grossly get in them. She did a backroll, just missing an wooden stake hit the ground. Was one of them using them? This could not go well if those things faught with stakes, especially not good for her and the other vampire, Valentine. It could kill the Slayers, too but it was dangerous. Or maybe she miss judged, it could easily be Cici throwing stakes again, it wouldn’t surprise her but if she was trying to kill her, she could easily stop saving her and kill the vampires that touched her. But of course, she wouldn’t do that because she knew what Cici really was, she was the most important person on the planet. Then she noticed that she was surrounded again, did she really have to show off her lava again? oh well, she flicked her hands upward causing lava to ripple between her and the circle of vampires and fall in and around each of the vampires and making them turn into dust. She was too lazy to stake them.

Logan braced himself as soon as he felt the ground shake once again, the was just great. He was getting quieter and quieter in his and Jinx's conversation. He noticed the hoard of vampires heading there way, he glanced over to see that Cici was in a okay place and saw that Jinx was beside him. He took off running towards them, in the process of changing into werewolf, he was soon running on all fours. He began biting, clawing the vampires to piss them off and kind of double teaming with Kuro's lava. But he took noticed that she also needed to stop and start staking. He was also going to have to get a stake in his hands.. or teeth. He saw the stake land where Kuro was and was running by, grabbing it with his teeth, jumping up and nailing a unexpected vampire in the heart. Dust. Victory. well.. his mini victory, he shook his head to get the dust off the stake and begin working his way towards the back.

Billie was running a bit behind her set schedule, she figured that it should be okay. Oversleeping was always a fault of hers. She wasn't big with fighting, she was the type of person that was a power tosser, she is a secondary character type of person. Very handy to make the good side last longer, when she's around. She's saved a few peoples lives. She put on her necklace, slipped on her back dress with mesh sleeves and slipped on her backpack with some spare clothes and slipped on a pair of black flats. The last thing she grabbed was her staff, the useful little thing, it was.
She said very little words and faded into the little town of Montana, glancing around and caught the end of the Earthquake. She gathered that something interesting was happening here and took off running, since she just got there and didn't know the town, she ended up at the edge of the town. So it took awhile to get there but at least, she caught some of the action. She noticed some slayers fighting vampires, two vampires fighting vampires, a werewolf.. more vampires, a witch, a something near the witch. How interesting, she walked on the fence gracefully until she just casually jumped off and landed beside the wizard and her.. friend. "So what did i miss?" she said, casually, as if everyone in the world knew her by now. Which they may or may not have heard of her. Probably some lame name like Billie the Healer.

Spike starred at Rainer, then at the picture of the girl, the back at Rainer. He had to be kidding right? The big bad demon had called them over here just to grab some girl who couldn't fight her way out of a paper bag. He had to be kidding right? Spike tried not to laugh at he demon, maybe Rainer's reputation was nothing but talk, maybe he couldn't even grab some fresh young slayer without help from vampires. Spike found this to be very amusing.
“Wait, so let me get this straight. You, Rainer, some supposedly super powerful demon called us lowly vampires up here to help you snatch some little bit? You are joking right? Can't even grab some little girl?” Spike asked shaking his head, wondering exactly what the demon wasn't telling them. “I'm not doing shit for you unless I know the whole story, in fact why don't we just kill you now, I mean if you can't even handle some little girl what chance would you have against some vampires.” He taunted, hoping Rainer would share something useful, though getting the demon to blow a gasket would be entertaining.
Rattlesnake grinned back at Dru as she tried to ignore him. “Tsk tsk my pet, I can smell your fear.” He said softly as he sniffed the air in an exaggerated gesture. “And it smells delicious.” He added as he looked down at Shadow, who was hissing and growling at him. Rattlesnake hated cats, they were annoying little beasts. He laughed at the cat, as if he would be intimidated by something barely bigger than a football. “Best keep a tight grip on your beast there, I haven't had my dinner yet.” He added looking back a Dru, still wearing a grin.
Rattlesnake heard what Spike was saying to Rainer, he kind of hoped the demon would get so angry that he'd just kill Spike right there. Now wouldn't that be funny. Even though Rattlesnake hated to admit it he agreed with most of what Spike said. Why did Rainer need to send vampires to do his dirty work? Isn't that what Jack was for? Rattlesnake paid attention to the conversation.

Ryder blocked a few hits the vampire threw at him then used his magic to summon a stake into his hand. He then landed a few punches that sent the vampire falling backwards and hitting the soft grass with a quiet thud. Ryder then staked the vampire quickly and looked around. His eyes widened when he saw Cici getting bit by a vampire but felt relief when he saw the vampire crumble into dust. He grinned looked like she'd finally staked a vampire, and Kuro was suddenly there to help the young slayer.
“Alright!” He shouted at her. “See killing fangers isn't so hard, plus it's kind of fun.” He shouted at Cici, he had to remember to high five her later. He then glanced at Kuro and shrugged. “Well ones that aren't good I mean.” He added making a mental note that he should probably watch what he said about vampires. He recognized Dexter in the fight and chuckled a bit, this would be interesting. He knew the kid well enough, and once you got to know him he wasn't so bad. More and more people seemed to becoming to the cemetery. Ryder lost focus on his thoughts when a vampire grabbed him. Ryder spun around and went to throw a punch when the vampire grabbed his arm and twisted it in a way no arm should twist. Ryder screamed as he heard a loud snap, the breaking of a bone, and then the vampire gave his broken arm a hard tug before letting go. Ryder fell to the ground and cradled the injured arm with his good one. “Damn it.” He muttered, he couldn't make fireballs with only one hand and he had no weapons on him. The vampire went to kick him but Ryder rolled out of the way and hopped back to his feet. He kept an eye on the vampire as they circled each other, and he made sure to keep watch for any others.

Valentine caught the stake Xandra tossed to him. “Thanks.” He said glad to have on problem solved. At least he didn't have to try and found a stake while fighting the vampires. Now on to the second problem, the small army of hungry vampires. It looked like the had more back up than he was ever used to having. Grimm had brought several people, one was the new slayer and apparently they had a good vampire too. Strange, other than the one who'd sired him Val had never met another good vampire. He was sort of excited about that, getting to talk to someone like him would be interesting. The vampire tried to tackle him and Val knocked the creature off balance sending it flying forward and falling over. He quickly staked it and moved on to the next one. He'd never seen a group this big it was very odd, had to be connected to the earthquake.
He glanced over at Xandra just as Griffin grabbed her and threw her into a tree, then a tombstone. The phrase speak of the Devil had really never applied so well as it did right now. He wanted to tear Griffin's head off right there but he couldn't. Never mind the face that Griffin was much older than him and could probably kill him before he'd get a hand on him, but he had just finished promising to stay out of her fight. Still watching someone you love get tossed about like a rag doll was not his idea of fun, it made him feel inadequate. In his day a man fought and protected woman, and even though he knew Xandra didn't need protecting he still had those instincts. He saw Griffin use his powers to send Grimm flying into a tree. Val immediately took off towards the aging watcher. “You okay?” He asked getting there around the same time as another vampire who had figured out that Grimm was probably one of the easier to kill out of the group. He blocked a couple blows the vampire threw at him before he hit him hard in the jaw, hearing the other vampires jaw break when his fist his it. The vampire snarled from pain and Val took another swing hitting it twice in the stomach before kicking the vampire back. His foe stumbled backwards and fell over a tombstone. Val pounced after the vampire landing next to the fallen enemy and staking it. He noticed more had joined the fight, two more girls and a man that wasn't human and could turn into a white wolf. That was new. “Wonder what he is?” Val muttered as he jumped back up and looked over at Grimm to make sure the man was okay.

Dexter dodged as the vampire lunged towards him and as the vampire barreled past him Dex stuck the stake out hitting the vampire in the stomach and the tossing him backwards. The stake was slicked with blood which had dripped down onto his hand as well. Dex grinned. “Opps, I missed.” He said mocking the vampire, that hadn't exactly been an accident. He kicked the vampire twice in the ribs before it had a chance to get up. “Is that all you got? You just gonna lie there?” He asked before kicking it again. “Get up!” He shouted at the vampire. He stopped and waited for the vampire to get back on it's feet. It did and just before it was fully upright Dex shot a quick left hook breaking the vampires nose sending blood spraying as the vampire fell back down. He saw another vampire behind him and stalked the injured vampire a bit disappointed. He grabbed the other vampire by the hair and pulled it's head towards his knee while at the same time bringing his knee up to smash the vampires face. As soon as his knee collided with the vampires face he let go of the creatures hair and quickly kicked the vampire away from him. He chuckled a bit as the vampire stumbled backwards, it's face covered in blood. The vampire was trying to wipe blood out if its eyes when kicked the vampire.
Dex noticed nothing that wasn't happening in his immediate vicinity. He was blinded by pure rage, his vision tunneled and he could think of nothing else besides beating these vampires bloody before he turned them to dust. That was how he always was when he fought, he was ruthless and sadistic to his enemy. He focused on the memory of watching his parents die, of having to kill his own father who'd been turned. The rage was pure he could feel nothing else. A vampire had smashed up a few of Dex's ribs with a piece of tombstone but the pain had yet to register. He'd taken some hard hits to his head and blood was dripping into his eyes. He could hardly see out of the right one. He could taste blood in his mouth and he wasn't sure if it was his or some vampires. He was about to stake another one, when something grabbed his left hand and shoved it towards his right shoulder. Dex shouted a few angry words as the vampire drove the stake into his shoulder.
He felt that pain immediately. He let go of the stake and threw his good shoulder into the vampires face, knocking them both backwards. He rolled off the vampire, be careful not roll onto his staked shoulder. He saw the chuck of tombstone and grabbed it with his left hand and started hitting the vampire in the face with it. He was practically possessed by rage now, he kept hitting the vampire, his hand hurt and he was sure he'd broken a few fingers already from the hitting the vampire but he couldn't stop. Blood sprayed his face, he was pretty much covered in the red liquid now and the ground around him was slick with stuff. No wonder it had been so easy to knock the vampire backwards, the ground was slippery from all the blood. The cooper smell of it started to hit him, as did exhaustion. He was panting, trying to catch his breath wondering hom many times he'd need to hit the vampire before it would turn to dust finally he stopped hitting and quickly pulled the stake from his shoulder and slammed it into the vampires heart. Pain shot through him from his shoulder and then the pain from the rest of his injuries rushed forward. He tried to stand but it was difficult for him to find his footing in the slick grass. The world seemed to spin around him and all he wanted to do was sleep. He clutched the stake tightly in his hand and waited for his vision to clear up some.

Jacques starred into his newest victims eyes, hypnotizing them so they would neither run nor scream. “Shhh, little lamb, best not to make a sound.” He whispered as he gently tilted the girls head to the side. As he did his face changed and his teeth grew sharper. “You won't feel a thing, nor will you remember seeing me. After leaving the bar you went right home and nothing of note happened.” He whispered before lightly kissing her neck. Jac opened his mouth wider and sank his teeth into the pale skin. As he tasted the blood he tasted the girls memories. He tasted kindness and warmth, it was the most wonderful flavor, a rare treat for him. He stopped feeding quickly. He didn't want to take too much, just enough to keep his strength at it's peak. He sent the girl home, it had been a while since he'd come across a virtuous soul. His last meal had been truly vile, tasting bitter from the hate, that lady's blood had tasted like bile. He'd killed her quickly and it had been just. His last victim had made a fortune scamming others and had killed her last lover rather than share there ill gotten gains. A truly evil soul with tainted blood.
Jac had been in Montana for three days, it was a dull town but he could sense darkness here. That's why he had stayed, he'd never sensed such darkness in such a small town before. He'd been passing through, only even got off the bus to grab a bite to eat but he hadn't been able to leave. He felt like he was needed her and he always trusted his instincts. He allowed his face to return to normal before continuing to walk about through the town. Something weird was going on tonight, there had been two earthquakes tonight, and while he wasn't great with American geography he was pretty sure Montana wasn't know for earthquakes. He stopped by a cemetery. Some brothers had died suspiciously so he'd expected some newborn vampires but what he saw through the gates was more than a bit strange. There were several vampires fighting a group of, well various supernatural creatures. Jac wasn't really a coward, he was pretty good in a fight but he wasn't interested in charging into the middle of some epic battle where he didn't know anyone. Plus he caught the scent of slayer blood and he sure as hell didn't want to end up on the wrong side of a stake.
So Jac hung back and watched, several vampires began bursting into dust and in no time the air was thick with the scent of blood from the non-vampire side. Well actually that wasn't so true, the other side seemed to have two vampires fighting against there own kind. That was curious, he'd never met vampires like himself before, vampires that fought against their own kind and alongside slayers non the less. He thought about helping but there was always the chance that either side weren't good guys. Maybe it was some sort of supernatural gang war, he certainly didn't want to get involved in one of those. He suddenly recognized one of the vampires, not that he knew the guy personally but he'd read of a vampire called Griffin in more that a few old books. He was definitely a bad vampire, Jac had heard only evil things about that one. Jac jumped up and grabbed the top of the gate then pulled himself up. He jumped down over the other side and landed silently on his feet the way a cat might. He figured a closer took wouldn't hurt. He'd never been able to ignore his curiosity and all these different creatures fighting out in the open like this wasn't something he got to see every day.

Grimm got the wind knocked completely out of his lungs when he found himself slamming into a tree, just out of the blue, without any warning whatsoever. A sharp pain shot through his back, and hip, as he landed on the ground. The usual mild Watcher even let out a few curses as he landed. Which, as anyone that knew him, was not something Grimm usually did. His glasses fell off, landing on the ground, and leaving Grimm's vision a little blurred. He could see just fine with the glasses, but without them his vision was blurry and out of focus, making it hard to make out too much of what was on going around him. Plus, the whole getting thrown into a tree thing sort of knocked him a little dizzy.
Less than a moment after Grimm got sent flying, and was just starting to get his bearings back, he heard someone asking if he was alright. The voice was familiar, and when Grimm squinted his eyes, he realized it was Valentine. "Been better, but I'll live," Grimm muttered. No sooner than the words were out of Grimm's mouth did he realize that another vampire was rushing towards him, but got cut off by Valentine. Grimm would have to thank him for that. Grimm was a horrible fighter on a regular basis, but take away his glasses and throw him into a tree and he was more than likely to become dinner for a vampire. Grimm probably shouldn't have tried to fight a vampire at all, really, but he refused to be like the other Watchers who sat back and simply watched as others did the fighting. Even if he got his ass kicked, at least he was trying to help.
While Valentine was fighting with the other vampire, and ultimately staking it. Grimm searched around for his glasses, finally finding them and putting them back on. They were cracked, but at least he could see through one eye of them. They'd do until he could get one of his extra pairs at home. He was just climbing to his feet as Valentine staked the other vampire, and looked back over to him, muttering about wondering what someone was. Grimm was at a loss of who he was talking about at moment, until he spotted the man Valentine was talking about, just in the last phase of shifting from a white wolf into a man. Grimm shook his head. "I haven't a clue. The only thing I've seen able to shift like that is a werewolf, which he's clearly not," Grimm said. It made him very curious though, he'd have to start searching through his books later and see if he could find anything like the man. Grimm also wondered if the man were good or evil. He wasn't fighting the vampires. . . but he wasn't helping them either. So it was hard to tell. "Oh, and uh, thanks," Grimm added to Valentine, gesturing his hand towards the former vampire that was now a pile of dust.
Grimm looked away, spotting Cici, just as she dusted a vampire. Grimm grinned, very proud of Cici managing to get her first dusting. Maybe she would adjust to this life after all, he hoped.
"The name is Beckett, if that's what you're wondering."
Grimm's head snapped up at the man's voice, having not heard the man/wolf creature come over, but there he was, just standing a few feet away. A small grin on his face, and a relaxed stance. He seemed completely unconcerned about the fight going on around him, and, at least at the moment, appeared to not be planning on attacking. "But if you're wanting to know what I am, I'd much rather hear what your guesses are," Beckett added, grinning.
He tilted his head, looking at Grimm and studying him for a moment. "A Watcher?" he asked. "Oh, you're the Watcher to the new Slayer, correct?" Beckett asked. Grimm hesitated for a moment, but slowly nodded his head. Beckett's grin widened. "I thought so," he said. Then Beckett looked over towards Valentine, tilting his head at him now and giving him a once over. "And a vampire? Fighting and staking other vampires? That's rather interesting. I can't recall seeing that before," Beckett mused.

Jinx wasn't a good fighter, nor did she like to fight in any way, shape or form. But she didn't have much of a choice, so she did the best she could. She tried to stay away from the groups of vampires, and only take on one vampire at a time. Anymore than that and she would become vampire chow for sure. When one vampire jumped at her, Jinx ducked out of the way, and instead of punching or kicking, mostly just did a dodge and weave kind of thing. Until the vampire grabbed onto her write and yanked her towards him. Jinx automatically bright her right hand up, and punched him. She got him square in the nose, and broke it.
The vampire hissed as blood started pouring down his face, and twisted her left wrist at a very bad and fast angle. Jinx wasn't sure which one made her more sick; the pain that shot through her wrist, or the sicking crack sound it made when the vampire broke it. Jinx let out a scream at that, then snapped her mouth shut. But she managed to bring her stake up and stab the vampire with it, even hitting the mark the first time and nailing him in the heart. The vampire's eyes widened in surprise then it quickly grumbled to dust.
Jinx cringed as she cradled her wrist in her other hand. It wasn't the first time she'd gotten something broken, but it was the first time she'd gotten it broken by a vampire. She'd broken her arm once when she was a little girl and fallen out of a tree. And once her ankle when she'd fallen off her bike and rolled down a hill. Both were accidents and involved no vampires. Jinx looked around the graveyard quickly. It was an all out war at this point. Everyone fighting, most fighting multiple vampires at once. She spotted Logan, in werewolf form. Jinx had seen him in that a couple of times, so it didn't shock her, but it was still a very surreal thing to see. At least he looked to be handling himself well enough against the vampires he was fighting.
Jinx quickly turned back to her own fight, as another vampire jumped towards her. Jinx ducked out of the way, but stuck her foot out and tripped the vampire, then staked it before it could get up. Which was a good thing, because with a broken wrist, Jinx was going to be even worse at fighting than she was with two good hands. Something else caught her attention, she looked over in time to see Cici dusting a vampire. Jinx grinned, her first dusting. Jinx would have to remember to congratulate her later. Right now, however, Jinx had to dodge out of the way of another vampire coming at her.

Luna might not have been a Slayer, but she was a good enough fighter. She'd spent most of the early years of her life fighting other people that messed with her, and then spent the past six years of her life fighting vampires, creatures and other things that she came across. Sure, she'd gotten her ass kicked more than her fair share, but each fight she had gotten better and learned new things. By this point, Luna was able to handle a vampire without a problem. Usually. Two vampires, was a tad bit harder. But she could do it. She dodged out of the way of one of the vampires, slamming her first into the other one's face, and knocking him off balance enough that when she brought her foot up and kicked him, she knocked him onto his side. She ducked as the second vampire came at her, punching him in the stomach, then stabbing him in the back with her stake. The vampire hissed, and spun as Luna pulled her stake out, this time stabbing the vampire in the heart and making it crumble into dust. The other vampire recovered about then and jumped at her, tackling Luna to the ground.
Luna let out a few very creative curses as she landed on her back on the grass, the vampire knocking the air out of her lungs as he landed on top of her. The vampire also managed to get her arms pinned beneath him. Well, that wasn't good. The vampire quickly leaned in, but just before he got close enough to bite her, Luna headbutted him. Knocking him back a little and catching him off guard, it also gave her enough room to grab her stake and stab him with it. She purposely missed, stabbing the vampire in the stomach with it. "Most vampires wait until the second date to try that," Luna said dryly. Then she pulled the stake out and stabbed the vampire again, this time dusting it. Luna rolled her eyes. She really didn't like to talk to vampires while she fought them, she preferred to just fight, stake, and move on to the next one. But, every once in awhile, she couldn't help throwing in a bonus sarcastic remark.
Seeing another vampire coming at her, Luna rolled out of the way, jumping to her feet and blocking a punch from the vampire, then quickly managed to land one of her own. This vampire turned out to be better than the last one, however, and managed to land a punch that sent her off balance, then grabbed her and turning, slamming her head first into one of the tombstones. Luna cringed, a crack ringing in her head that made her pretty sure she had a concussion, and the pain that followed confirmed her suspicion. The vampire yanked her back towards him, and Luna's temper got the best of her. She brought her knee up, nailing the vampire in a very painful area, then punched him. Repeatedly. The first time, she hit him the nose and broke it, then in the mouth, blooding his lip, then in the eye. Then again in the eye. After the third time of punching the vampire in the eye in a quick punch after punch, Luna yanked her arm out of his grip, and brought her foot up, kicking the vampire and knocking him off his feet. Luna quickly jumped on top of him, slamming his head against a nearby tombstone. Repeatedly. Actually, Luna lost count of just how many times she did that, until she finally got a cramp in her arm, and decided to finally stake the bastard.
As the dust landed on the ground, Luna took a moment to wipe the blood off her forehead from where the vampire had slammed her head into the tombstone. She looked at her hand and rolled her eyes, finding a little bit more blood than she'd expected. Wonderful. Not. Climbing to her feet, Luna quickly scanned the graveyard. It looked like the number of vampires was dwendling down, and there was only a few left. Good, because Luna was getting out of breath.
She looked around at the others that were fighting, frowning. That was the problem with just jumping into a fight without knowing what was going on. She had absolutely no clue who a single person here was, or if they were good or evil. She spotted a vampire near an older man, and looked to be fighting another vampire. Luna rolled her eyes, he was probably just wanting the old man for himself. Luna then spotted another vampire, this one was standing off to the side and not fighting. Luna's frown deepened. Why was he just watching? Then Luna came to the concussion that he was probably the one responsible for this crap. Probably the leader of something, she thought.
She was actually considered going over and trying to stake him, but her head hurt and when she stood up she got dizzy and had to close her eyes and wait on the feeling to pass for a second. Probably wouldn't be such a good idea to go starting a fight with a vampire that looked to be in perfect health. Though it was hard not to. Luna hated vampires. But, she spotted another girl, a brunette that looked to be fighting like a Slayer. Let the Slayer handle it.
Besides, something else caught Luna's attention. Another fight that was happening not all that far from where she was standing, between a vampire and a guy. From what Luna could tell from her view point, the dark haired guy looked to be human. He didn't have a vampire face, anyway. The guy ended up dusting the vampire, after hitting it a couple of times with a piece of tombstone. Luna frowned, she didn't know for sure if he was a good guy, or evil, but considering that he had just staked a vampire, Luna decided that he must be on the right side. Which was why she decided to go over when after he had dusted the vampire, and stood, but appeared to be having trouble finding his footing. The closer she got, Luna noted that he looked like hell. "Ya know, usually a stake is more effective than a tombstone," she said dryly as she apporached him. She paused, holding her hands up. "And I'm human, so keep the stake to yourself if you don't want it shoved somewhere painful," she added, just to avoid any accidents. However, looking closer at the guy, Luna realized that it looked like the dude had already had the stake shoved somewhere painful, like his shoulder. At least, if she had to guess, judging from the size and shape of the wound. "Name's Luna, by the way. Why don't you let me help you patch that up, huh?" she offered. She was still careful to keep her distance, watching him carefully, just in case it turned out he wasn't one of the good guys after all.

Xandra had the element of surprise on her side when she tackled Griffin, he had probably been expecting her to just jump at him, not on him. So she didn't waste any time in that, getting in several quick punches, and even managing to bloody Griffin's nose before he managed to get a hit in of his own, knocking Xandra off of him. Xandra hit the grass, and quickly rolled away from him, putting a little distance between them as she climbed to her feet. Griffin was fast getting to his feet, and already jumping towards her as she got up, and Xandra just barely ducked out of the way. But not fast enough, his nails managing to slice into her shoulder. Xandra gritted her teeth at the pain that caused, and did a quick roundhouse kick, nailing Griffin in the stomach. Xandra just as quickly brought her stake up and managed to get Griffin in the shoulder with it, before pulling the stake out again. She brought her foot up, placing it on Griffin's backside and shoving him as hard as she could forward.
She took just a second to spare a glance in Grimm's direction, to make sure he was alright after Griffin had thrown him, and saw the the Watcher was sitting upright, and Valentine was fighting off a vampire that had looked to have been aiming for Grimm. Xandra would have to remember to thank him later for looking out for Grimm. Plus for keeping his promise and staying out of her fight. Xandra did want to deal with it on her own, because it was her fight, and she wanted to be the one that actually staked Griffin. But the other reason she didn't want Valentine getting involved in her fight was because she didn't want him getting hurt by Griffin. And Xandra knew that Griffin wouldn't hesitate to do so.
She quickly turned her attention back to her own fight, but not quick enough. She turned just in time for Griffin's nails to slice across her cheek. Xandra cringed, but recovered quickly enough, throwing a punch and nailing Griffin in the jaw. She hit him hard enough to knock him back a little bit, but not off his feet. "Not bad, a little bit stronger than the last time," Griffin said. Causing Xandra to glare at him.
"Yeah, well, I've been practicing hitting a dummy with a picture of your ugly face on it," Xandra retorted dryly. She wanted to kick Griffin's ass, stake him, and leave the ashes out for the sun to bake. Not talk. But she knew all too well that Griffin liked to talk. And brag. Especially with Xandra. He knew that bragging about what he'd done with her parents tended to throw Xandra off a little. Usually Xandra was careful with her fighting, but if Griffin started talking about her parents, her anger got the best of her and she became a bit more reckless. "Don't tell me you came all this way just to talk," Xandra added.
Griffin smirked. "No, of course not. And believe it or not, Xandralexia. You're not even the main reason I came here, but it's certainly a bonus," he said. Which made Xandra wonder what exactly he'd came there for. "Not much of a talker though, are you? Neither was your mother, from what little I knew of her, anyway." Griffin let out a dark chuckle as Xandra narrowed her eyes at him. "Actually she wasn't even a screamer, either. Funny, she wasn't a Slayer, was she? Didn't even know what I was. Yet she didn't scream and panic like most humans when she saw me. Gotta admit though, that flying pan she hit me upside the head was a little funny. Put up quite the struggle for a human." Griffin quickly ducked out of the way at the stake that came flying at him, just barely missing his shoulder.
Xandra spun quickly, kicking Griffin and managing to nail him on her second try, her stake making contact with his shoulder. Griffin let out a low hiss, and flicked his wrist, sending Xandra slamming into the fence surrounding the graveyard. At least it wasn't another tombstone, anyway, Xandra thought annoyed as she bounced off it and hit the ground. Griffin yanked the stake out of his shoulder, and tossed the blood-covered stake away, and well out of reach. Xandra sighed at that, now she was out of stakes. She'd only had the two, and she'd gave her second one to Valentine. Oh well, she'd just have to improvise until she could make a grab for her stake. Xandra started to climb to her feet, but she never fully made it before Griffin moved. He was sort of a blur, and Xandra barely had time to register that he'd moved before he had grabbed her by the throat and slammed her into a tombstone. Again. That was getting old, Xandra though sarcastically, trying to avoid cringing and ignoring the pain shooting through her back. Instead of letting go, however, Griffin kept his grip on Xandra's throat, and kept her pinned against the tombstone, letting his nails dig into her neck.
"You know, Xandralexia, I've been wondering," Griffin started, "just how much like your mother you are. When I finally got around to killing you, if you'd put up as much of a struggle as she did. Or if you'd actually just give up. You've been doing this for what? Sixteen years, ever since I killed the Slayer you replaced? You must be getting tired of this by now," Griffin said. Xandra narrowed her eyes at him, knowing he was purposely taunting her. But there was that little part of her that knew he was sort of right, in a way. There were plenty of nights that Xandra got so damn tired of the same thing over and over, it was like fighting an uphill battle against a boulder. Vampires and demons outnumbered those fighting against them by at least three times as much, if not more. And there were times that Xandra wondered if it was even worth it. She'd never actually admitted that to anyone, not even Valentine. And really it was kind of ironic, he didn't even know it, but Valentine was what kept Xandra fighting.
"Well, you'll never find out, now will you?" Xandra said, keeping her tone dry. While Griffin had been talking, Xandra carefully moved her hand to her belt, and grabbed the dagger she kept there. It was a very unique dagger. The dagger itself was silver, with a handle that was bejeweled with onyxes. But it had also been blessed by a priest, who had done some holy water blessings as well. The dagger, when used on a vampire, hurt as bad as holy water. The silver worked good on werewolves. So really, it was a nice little thing to have. And Xandra used it to stab Griffin in the stomach. He hissed and jerked back away from Xandra, and Xandra yanked the dagger out. Then she quickly jumped up, stabbing him against with it, this time just missing the heart by mere inches. As Xandra pulled the dagger out the second time, Griffin swung his hand out, this time with a dagger of his own in it and hitting Xandra in the side with it, then just as quickly swinging his other hand out and knocked Xandra on her back again. Xandra cringed, putting her hand on her side. It wasn't a
Griffin glared at Xandra, then chuckled darkly. "Interesting. I'll remember that later," Griffin said. He was obviously struggling not to cringe, the two wounds from the dagger burning as badly as holy water did, only he couldn't just wipe the water off. "Expect to see me again very soon, Xandralexia. Only next time, I intend to finish this," Griffin said. Then with that, he moved again, fast enough that he was nothing but a blur and then he was gone.
Xandra sighed, looking around and making sure that Griffin truly was gone. For now, anyway. She knew he was though. her Slayer instincts told her that much. Xandra quickly looked around the rest of the graveyard. The first person she looked for was Valentine, he was still by Grimm, and some guy was talking to them. But he wasn't attacking, and didn't look like he even wanted to. That was good. Next, she looked for the new girl, Cici. Xandra spotted her just in time to see her getting bit by a vampire, and then dusting it. Xandra raised an eyebrow. Well the Mad Waver actually knew how to wield a stake. Xandra was happy to see that. Now maybe she wouldn't have to kick the blonde girl's butt into shape after all. She wanted to give the girl a little hell over getting bitten, but considering Xandra wore two bite marks of her own, thanks to Rattlesnake, she really couldn't say anything about that one. Scanning the rest of the graveyard, Xandra saw that Dexter looked pretty bad, but was still alive, so that was the important thing. And the group of vampires that had been rushing them was nearly gone now. Maybe one or two lingered, but for the most part, the battle was over.
Which, Xandra was more than happy for, because she was feeling drained as hell. Fighting the vampires was one thing, but fighting Griffin had used up the majority of her energy, and left her feeling tired, both physically and mentally, thanks to Griffin getting away once again unstaked. Plus the fact that Xandra knew Griffin had just been toying with her. When he'd grabbed her by the throat, he could have easily and quickly killed her. The realization of that was uncomfortable, to say the least, and just made Josephina's warning that much more real. Sighing, seeing that everyone else was alright, if not worse for wear, Xandra let herself drop back onto her back on the grass, keeping her hand on her side where the wound of Griffin's dagger was still bleeding, and brought her knee up a little. In a minute, she'd drag herself up, check on Valentine and Grimm, and the others, and meet those she didn't know. But right now, Xandra squeezed her eyes shut and dragged in a few deep breaths, waiting for the world to stop spinning and regain a little bit of her strength. Or at least enough to climb to her feet, anyway.
